Chapter Ten

Yuri's P.O.V

I can't believe Otabek, would choose someone like me, instead of the popular people! I know I maybe am overeating a bit much, but this is a big deal for me! The hug makes me blush a bit, but by now I'm used to it.
After lunch ended, me and Otabek both had to go our separate ways. It was sad, but we might still be able to see each other again. I hope!

Otabek's P.O.V

Finally, school is over for the day! But, what was really surprising, was this time I saw Yuri in person waiting for me by my motorbike, instead of a note being taped to the handle. Of course, he was on his phone while waiting for me, which I couldn't help but laugh a little at. When he looked up to see me, he was blushing a little. "Hey Beka, I know it's sudden, but I was wondering if you could give me a ride home?" I start to blush a bit as he finishes. "I mean you don't have to if you want to but-" I cut him off his sentence before he can say anything else, and say, "Sure! You just need to tell me where you live, though."  He blushes, then says, "I live about five blocks away from here, Beka."  I don't know why, but every time he says that nickname, it makes me want him even more.

Yuri's P.O.V

Soon, he gets on first, after we put on our helmets, then I follow next. We start to drive off after I grip on him the same way I did earlier. While he was driving, I thought of doing the dumbest thing ever. I regret it so badly. He probably also hates my guts now. I kissed his back! Of course he didn't stop in the middle of the road or something, I just felt his body tense a bit. Ugh! I hate myself now!

Soon, we got to my house. When I got off, he was blushing a lot. I don't know why but I smiled. "So, here is your helmet, Beka." He was still a bit shocked, but quickly took his helmet back. "B-Beka are you okay?" I asked blushing a tiny bit. He got up from his motorbike, and then, did the best thing ever! He got up to me, and kissed my cheek. I blushed so hard, I don't even know how to explain it. I mean, sure it wasn't a kiss on the lips, but it was a major step forward! Then, without a word spoken, he got back on his motorbike, and drove off.
Next thing I knew, I was standing in my own front yard, speechless.

Otabek's P.O.V

OK, yeah I gave him a kiss on the cheek! I did it for three reasons:

1. He kissed my back.

2. I couldn't help myself.

3. He was so adorable, I couldn't ignore the adorableness!

I cannot tell my mother about this! She would have a literal heart attack right next to me! Maybe, my sister since we did make a promise not to keep secrets from each other, but other than that...
I guess that makes me Gay now!!! I think to myself.
