They drove for hours. As it started to get darker, Sienna slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep. Soft snores escaped her lips, but it didn’t bother Archer. In fact, it made him smile. The wind blowing from the windows still being open blew on her hair.

Archer pulled over on the side of the road around two in the morning. Right in front of them was a small cliff that people often jumped off of into the ocean. Once he pulled the car to a stop and parked it, he got out and took some blankets out of the trunk. He covered Sienna, got in his seat again, covered himself and fell asleep.

Around 6:30 am, Archer’s alarm went off and it woke him up. Sienna just twitched a bit but didn’t wake up. The sunrise was supposed to begin in about 15 minutes, so he figured he would let her sleep until then.

He pulled out his phone and played on it until the sun started rising. “Sienna,” he whispered, softly nudging her arm, “wake up, sweetheart.”

She let out a groan, but sat up. She stretched her arms towards the sky and yawned. Once she caught a glimpse of the rising sun she grinned, “Is this what we’re here for?”

“I remember you telling me that you’ve always wanted to see the sun rise over the ocean, so here we are.”

She grinned, she has the sweetest fiancee in the world. She gripped his hand and squeezed three times, one time for each word in I love you. He squeezed back four times, I love you more.

“I basically hate you,” Aspyn complained when Sienna told her about her and Archer’s morning.

“Well how are things going with Owen?” She asked, trying to lift Aspyn’s spirits.

She sighed and laid back on the bed, “He broke up with me.”

“Oh, darling...”

She groaned, “It’s fine,  I just don’t want to think about it. I want to just move on.” Her fingers were intertwined and set over her stomach, her eyes were closed. Sienna hummed in response, her mind racing. Riley and Aspyn. They both needed someone, right? Poor Riley had been alone for too long, but Aspyn needed to move on. Rebound. That’s what Riley would be if her plan worked, and that wasn’t right.

Sienna didn’t want to hurt Riley, but it seemed she already had, by falling in love with Archer. That was simply accident though. It wasn’t like she planned on falling in love with him, and she definitely didn’t originally plan on staying, but once she came to her senses, well.... here she was.

“You and Riley,” she finally replied, “When you are over Owen for good, talk to Riley.”

"Two days, Archer," Sienna whispered excitedly. They were laying in Archer's room, his arm under her head and his hand slowly stroking her hair. They were laying there watching a movie, but Sienna's mind definitely was not focused on the movie.

She was getting married.

Married.

The thought sent butterflies tumbling through her stomach.

"I know, sweetheart, I never thought this day would come."

Sienna scrunched her nose at the thought of her past self, wondering who she'd marry and how she'd meet him. There were numerous ideas, but none of them included getting stuck in a book and falling in love with the prince. That was most definitely a plot twist in her book.

She grinned, "yeah me either. These three months have passed so quickly."

Sienna couldn't see but Archer moved his head and gave her a curious look. "You've been here eleven months."
