Bold means a menacing aura and voice!

Go to Youtube and look up the song Blinding by Florence & The Machine and read to that song :)

Kasper P.O.V.

I ran back into the house and did as I was told.  I did think it was a bit rude that he was just ordering me around, but I guess he’s doing this for a good reason.

As quickly as I could, I closed all the curtains, locked my front door, and waited.  It was a bit unsettling sitting in my darkened house with not even a breeze from outside pushing on the house.  As I sat, I started to hear a faint buzzing sound; it was almost inaudible.  It sounded small and vulnerable.  A few minutes pass with only that little sound, but it soon started getting louder and started to sound more like white noise then a light buzz.

I started to get nervous.  My head started to hurt from the constant sound that continued to get increasingly louder.  “Ugh…” I muttered, bringing my hands to my head.  I started to get up from my spot on the chair, but failed and fell back onto the soft cushions.  After a minute or two, I tried again and was able to balance myself out.  As soon as I felt stable enough, I walked over to the front of the house, making small steps to insure I didn’t lose my balance.  Once I got to the front of the house, I leaned on the wall next to the window.

Bringing one hand away from my aching head, I slowly drew back the curtain by only an inch.  What I saw caused both terror and curiosity to build within me.  Der Ritter was on the ground, surrounded by others that had similar traits.  There were five of them all together, including Der Ritter.  As I stared at them, I noticed something different about my guest's face.  His used to be completely blank face, now had a mouth, an eerie one at that!  It looked like someone had ripped open his skin into the form of a smile on his face.  It gave me the chills.

I stared at them, not able to bring my eyes away from the sight.  My mind screamed at me to run away; to get away from this place before they saw me, but it was like I was stuck to this spot, unable to move.

Then, suddenly, one of them saw me.  It had black, slightly wavy hair with a slim-fitting, black dress.  Only a moment after she saw me, they all noticed my presence and stared.  “Run!” I heard Der Ritter’s faint voice say.  If it wasn’t for his words to help snap me out of my terrified state, I would have still been in front of that window, looking out.

I ran towards the backdoor as fast as I could, adrenaline rushing through me.  I threw open the door and ran as fast as I could towards the tree line.  The world passed by me, like a blur.  Every once and a while I saw flashes of figures standing, watching me.  It pushed me even faster into the cover of the forest.

After I had run for what felt like forever, dodging trees and staring figures, I felt a sharp pain in the back of my head, causing me to fall to the ground.  I panicked, trying to get up, but couldn’t because of the intense pain beating into my skull.  I scream as I manage to sit up.  I then look up to see them all looking into my face, only about four feet away.

I try to crawl away, but fail miserably.  I look back at them again and see that there even closer, tentacles coming out of their backs.  I close my eyes and put my hands to my head, curling myself into a ball on the ground.

The last thing I remember before blacking out was feeling something warm lay upon my body, like a blanket.

Slenderman P.O.V.

I could feel fear coming from Kasper in waves as he ran away from the window.  I look back up at my comrades to see hungry faces, still staring at the now shaded window.  “He looked tasty! ~” Splendorman said, black drool forming in his mouth.  As he said this, everyone shot away to chase after the new found prey.  “Ugh…” I groan as I get up to chase after them.  Though I barely had the strength, I had to go save Kasper.   He took me into his care when he could have easily left me there on the side of the path to rot and die, ridding the world of a monster.

Since I didn’t have enough energy to transport, I had to run.  I couldn’t run as fast as I usually could, but I could still run fast in human terms.  As I ran, I could see Kasper run closer and closer to the tree line, constantly being followed by my companions.

My legs started to hurt and burn, but I kept going.  I wasn’t going to let a little pain have the better of me!

Kasper soon disappeared into the cover of the forest, causing me to run faster.  I would have to rely more on my hearing, so I wouldn’t lose him.  As I soon entered the forest, I heard a scream coming from close by.  “Kasper!” I say as I run faster towards the commotion.

I soon spot Kasper in a ball, hands and arms covering his head, while surrounded by my comrades getting ready to kill him swiftly and quickly.  As quickly as I could, I ran over and covered his body with mine before they could impale him with their tentacles.  With the front of my body protecting Kasper, I lifted my head and snarled, breaking them from their hunger caused trance.  They stared at me with a surprised look in both their face and with their body language.  I hissed in warning as I started to slowly get up from Kasper’s body.

My body soon started to feel the effects of me using so much energy and made my legs give way as I stood up.  Snapping from their surprised state, they rushed over to me before I could hit the ground.

“T-Take me b-back to the c-cabin…” I ordered.  They nodded and started to lead me out of the woods.  “Bring him too…” I said quietly.  Splendorman then gently let me go and rushed over to Kasper to pick him up.  As he begins to pick him up I say, with all the force I can muster, “If you even dare to harm him, I will rip your skin right off your bones, so not even our own kind could bear to look at you.

Splendor gave me a shocked look and hurried to my side, holding Kasper as gently as he could.

We then continued to the cabin, not a word was spoken.

We had reached the cabin and put Kasper down in his bed until he was to awake.  After that was done, we sat in the living room in silence for some time.  The silence was then suddenly interrupted by Trendorman.  “Slenderman… Why did you save him?” I sighed, looking into the fireplace absentmindedly.  “If it wasn’t for him, I would have been as good as dead.  I was repaying a debt.”  The silence continued then for a few minutes more.

“You would have let us kill him.” Enderman said.  “You use to think nothing of humans, just like we do.  You thought of them only as a food source and something to keep yourself entertained, debt or no debt…” He paused, thinking.  “What happened to you Slender?”  They all turned their gaze towards me in expectance.  I snicker and think that nothing in my past could compare to what has happened to me as of late. “Well, I guess I should start at the very beginning, yes?”
