"SunHi don't hang up please!"

"SunHi I love you!!"

"SunHi!!

/beep beep beep beep/
'Call ended'

Calling 'my everything 💗'

"The Person your are trying to reach..."

I hang up.

"Please don't leave me..." I said while tears ran down my cheek.

I slammed the phone on the table and stormed out of my office.

My father catched my arm.

"Where are you going?!" My father asked bewildered. "What happened? Why are you crying?"

I got my arm free and looked at him furiously.
"I am leaving! I am going back to Korea."

"What? You can't!" Again he grabbed my arm. "You know how important the meeting tomorrow is! You can't go and throw everything we worked hard for away!"

I looked him in the frightened eyes.

I don't want to disappoint him but...
I can't let SunHi leave like that.
She is my one and only love, I was so foolish to think that she will be patient enough to wait for me more than 2 whole years. It's my fault. I didn't show her enough love. How could this happen?

"Please just stay this week! It is important and you know that." My father begged.

I sighed while another tear ran down my cheek.
"Okay... but not longer than a week."

She will graduate this week. I will go and get her, that's the only way we can live on happily.

The days felt like years. I couldn't wait to see her again, I hope she forgives me when she sees this.

"It looks beautiful." I told the female cashier.

"She must be a really important person if you buy her such a diamond. I am sure she will say yes after she sees this." She gave me an assuring smile.

"I hope so. To be honest I am really nervous because I made her mad." I said and nervously rubbed my hands on my pants to wipe away the sweat on my palms.

She chuckled. "Her madness won't last long after your proposal."

The women held a ring with a big diamond in her hand. It was decorated with smaller diamonds on each side.

I know it's expensive but she is worth it.

"I will buy this one." I said with a smile.

She nodded and put it into a small black box.

I paid and left the shop.
