CH#3 - KitKat's my Favorite (Ming's POV)

My Kitkat is sitting right in front of me with a funny expression, and as much as I want to tease to him, I'm afraid he's gonna scold me and start sulking again... I'm confident he's gonna fall for my coolness soon enough, though.

My good luck started when Yo and I bumped into the one and only reason my friend has chosen and, incredibly, has gotten accepted into this university, P'Pha. My eyes automatically followed his surrounding but my whole expectation went down the drain as I noticed he had come alone. So I went back into the practice room for our bags, 'cause Yo were too distracted to even care about his own stuff...

As I walked up back to them to give my friend his bag, I happened to hear some interesting piece of information... I slid my arm comfortably over Yo's shoulder checking Dr. Phana's expression and listening to their conversation, which earned me a nudge and a glare, but I couldn't care less. I was sure Mr. Campus Moon had come all the way, from the Med building, only to meet our cute Yo and maybe, I need to reinforce this one, maybe, try something else.That is, if he had the chance and the face to. I could certainly help P' with the first, since I can quite empathize with him right now, but the second... was up to him only.

So, as a good friend as I am, I stopped being the third wheel and excused myself to let them have their way, leaving poor Yo all confused staring at my back as I walked away.

It's not my place to interfere, but after our short trip to the beach I can say their relationship has somehow level up. But if Yo's not telling me, then I'm not asking it either. You know, a good friend is a good listener, and we are good like that.

So, what was I supposed to do all by myself after that? That's Right! Chase after my sweet Kitkat!!! After all, our relationship also need some improvement!

" Hey, P'... "

Recharging the energy I spent during the morning, by staring at my favorite piece of chocolate, as we wait for our order, which was up to me only, and I wanted so much to please him...

" ...have you ever been here?"

I ask as I move some useless stuff to the the side

" Why? "

" Just curious "

He's staring at me.

" ...First time"

" Let's have plenty of firsts then, P'!!! "

I'm offering him some water because he looks anxious. I guess he's really hungry.

I wanted to know his personal taste... But enjoying his company is good enough for now.

Actually, I still can't believe how easily I found P'Kit among that many students! Obviously, because he's the only one in my eyes, it would be such a shame If I couldn't. Anyway as I was in a rush, I didn't have the time to change my practice clothe... he doesn't seem to be bothered by it, though. You know, a man must have priorities!
