*Deo's POV*
We carried on in the dark of hell's night, which was considerably bright compared to the night of the mortal's. But the mortal's lost souls screaming through this fiery wasteland was the least of my concerns.
The angel man flew close to my tail yet a distance away as if he was afraid to come any closer. What does he want with Hollow and that angel?
I spotted the familiar citadel on the horizon, Aunt Judan, like expected she has kept the place neat and tidy. This angel will not be able to step foot in my cousin's' house without feeling the wrath of Aunt Judan, especially since what happened with Uncle Ricardio.
Soaring low to the ground, I led the angel swiftly to the rustic front gate with ease. This house was isolated from any other village for miles. So if he were to be killed it would take days to hear about his whereabouts.
My wings instantly snapped shut as I landed on burned to death grass which crunched lightly under my trained feet.
He landed aside me with an odd countenance, I could barely tell what emotion he was portraying.
"Ok, I got you here. What's my reward?" As we awkwardly stood at the front dead yard, I popped a question without thinking.
"Come here and find out." He purred seductively, purple eyes wandering all over my form. In a burst of confidence I stepped forward with the largest smirk on my face. Maybe this was worth it...
My hands found their way around his muscled form until I stood almost completely flushed against him, we both simultaneously moved in.
"RRG!" I crumpled to the ground, clutching the dagger that now was piercing my heart. Blood spewed out my mouth in chunky heaves mixed in with barf as I violently began to throw up.
"There's your reward, the sweet embrace of death. But a monstrous demon like you shouldn't be given such a gift." He leaned down before me to utter those dark words into my pointed ear, pain raced throughout my whole body as I limply lay on the harsh unforgiving ground.
What did I do to deserve this?...I may be demon but that doesn't mean I'm evil..
Red painted my badly torn clothes as everything faded to black... Hollow...Aunt Judan...Hound...
Run.
