"For the last time, Harry Potter.
Tell me exactly where the headquarters of The Order of the Phoenix is located."
The Dark Lord hissed, his crimson eyes gleaming in the dark.
Harry let out a shaky breath. As if he would live either way.
It wasn't like that was exactly what Voldemort wanted, but it did seem that he intended to make Harry of use before killing off The-Savior-of-the-Wizarding-World.
So he wasn't going to be 'Avada Kedavra'd' quite yet.
Huh."It won't do you any good to ask me questions that I won't answer." Harry stated, his voice raspy as his now tired, red-rimmed eyes stared back at the Dark Lord.
"It's a wonder he hasn't just tried to see into my mind.." Harry thought as he hung his head, avoiding Voldemort's glaring gaze.
"I guess I really have no use of you now, do I? It's fine I do what has been intended" Voldemort gritted out, standing back just as the door had opened and revealed a pale faced Draco.Harry looked blankly at Voldemort, his gaze slowly drifting to Draco's eyes as they were the last thing he would see. Draco opened his mouth in horror, but was too late-
"Avada Kedavra!" The Dark Lord screamed, his wand slicing through the thickened air as he cast the spell.
There were bangs and flashes, and just as the terrified Draco opened his eyes to see the horrifying scene, he trembled and let out a shocked gasp as he felt his stomach drop into the pit of his very being.
The Dark Lord was on his knees, letting out a shrill scream of outrage as he discovered that The-Boy-Who-Lived has suddenly disappeared.
That had been months ago.
Draco had been used after Harry had disappeared. His body had been on fire and in excruciating pain from the different spells that he had been cursed with, though he was also, unsurprisingly, crucio'd.
Never again would he laugh nor would he make fun of Harry Potter in his life. He vividly recalled the moments in which he made Harry's life miserable at Hogwarts. He recoiled.
It had been the most excruciating amount of pain that he'd ever felt in his entire life. He felt that he would forever be reminded of that by Voldemort.Who was he, soaking in a tub at a time like this, Draco thought bitterly, disgusted with the fact that all he could seem to think about was the 'Savior' of the oncoming war.
Harry. No, Potter- He wouldn't.
He had too much of a Gryffindor ambition to not do anything that might help...right?He wished that he'd gone wherever Potter had gone to- at least he would be safer there.
Anything was better than serving the Dark Lord when he lived in your own home.
God, he didn't know what to think anymore.Draco wanted to be saved, as stupid as it sounded.
He wanted to preserve himself. He never wanted this damned war to happen. Why couldn't he have been different? Why did he have to be a death eater's son?
Draco just wanted a life better than his own. He wanted his old life back, where his father wasn't living in fear and their family wasn't being torn apart as badly as it was now.
He wanted their lives to be renewed.
He felt a burning sensation on his arm and knew there was a meeting about to commence. The musings of Draco Malfoy, he thought, were the things he wished would come true.

He was quick to drag the both of them to the boat, knowing the inferi would lose interest in them both while they dealt with the blazing fire.
Harry was holding his head and rubbing his temples.
"You should've warned me." He said shakily with a bitter tone. Tom took out the locket.
The boat moved and soon they were nearing their exit."It's fake,"
Tom had kept his face impassive and his eyes narrowed dangerously before he slowly opened the locket.
"A note- of all things."
He cursed under his breath was quick to stand when they'd arrived. It was a while before the both of them had left the cave.
Harry felt like that was the worst experience of his life- and the most bothersome thing was to have to be painfully weakened twice- only for their treasure to be fake.It was later that they had arrived back to the start of their journey and Tom, a little more than frustrated, let out an angered sigh.
"I'll find it on my own," He muttered, his body still as he looked at the other.
Surprised by the sudden reaction, Harry gave a weak glare. "Have you any idea of where that locket could be? It's clearly been taken!" He exclaimed, annoyed that the other would say a thing when they had made a perfectly fine agreement.Raising a brow, Riddle's features shifted.
"It seems I shall start my search on the other ones then," Finally deciding to find a different task set, his piercing eyes looking into the other's.
Harry's eyes widened slightly, though no other emotion was splayed across the aristocratic face.
"And me? What'll I do if 'I shall' doesn't include me?"
"Why you, of course, will look for the locket."
"You're unbelievable!"
"I'll do my best, then, to seem believable." Riddle drawled, and Harry knew that he was mentally rolling his eyes at him.
"Better get onto it then..." Harry mumbled, shaking his head as he sat and looked at the note.
"R.A.B? who.." Harry murmured to himself, sitting on one of the nearby chairs.
"Any ideas in that mind of yours?" Riddle turned when Harry suddenly sucked in a breath.
"Black! It's got to be" He said, thoughts jumbled and heart racing as he looked up at the other, eyes wide.
Riddle had turned back around and in a split second was in front of him.
"Are you certain?" There was a certain glint in his silver-like eyes that he couldn't place and the smaller boy felt a bit more uncomfortable.
"I'm sure," Giving the other a suspicious gaze, he looked back to the note.
"Sirius!" He whispered, trying to think of the few times he'd spotted the family map in his house. "I think he had a brother, I can't recall his name at all-"
He ignored the pang in his chest he felt when talking about Sirius and his family, ignored the sting behind his eyes at the thought of his godfather. He forced himself to snap back to the situation at hand and told himself that Sirius would want him to concentrate.Tom hissed, his brows furrowing. "A black, that insane-" stopping himself, he glanced at Harry with a bit more of a ruffled look.
Harry stared back, looking much more uncomfortable than he had before. Tom stepped forward, close enough that Harry felt his heart beating erratically. He could see red flecks reflected in his brown eyes.
"Perhaps you aren't as dumb as you seem to be.."
A whisper.
"How kind of you." Harry snapped, annoyed. For a moment, Tom stared at Harry, seemingly studying his face.
Harry furrowed his brows in confusion, unconsciously running a hand through his messy hair and flattened his fringe, covering his scar.
Tom then shifted his eyes back to Harry's."Time to go out and actually search for Horcruxes, Golden Boy."

Draco knew he was in the wrong, but he didn't want to do this.
He couldn't stand to be on the dark side anymore and if he showed any inkling of pain, he would immediately be put down.
That much he knew.
He wanted to drown, wait until his lungs filled and he struggled in the warm water.
Instead, the blond sunk into tub, dearly wishing that Harry would find some plan as quick as he could without the mudblood and ginger.
He then cursed himself, for thinking something so stupid while the Dark Lord occupied his manor. He wanted to die, yet there was always that sense of self-preservation.
Draco just wanted to hide away from this stupid war.
And he would, in the bath. At least until he was soaked to the bone and the water would run cold.
