Chapter 20

Kyungsoo couldn't be more happier. He just had to sleep through the night then he'll get to see Jongin at school. I hope his ankle is ok now, Kyungsoo thought, turning around to lay on his side. The only problem was he couldn't fall asleep. What if Jongin doesn't like my hair? The thought appeared to Kyungsoo. Wait but he's my boyfriend, isn't he supposed to like my hair? Ahh! Stop thinking and just sleep, Kyungsoo closed his eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep after countless attempts.

The night went by quickly as Kyungsoo slept right through it. "Kyun- oh you're awake" Baekhyun walked into the room, seeing Kyungsoo getting ready for a shower. The male nodded with a smile. Baekhyun left the room and Kyungsoo followed, going into the bathroom. He was still getting used to his undercut as every time he slid his hand through his hair, he felt the close cut. He styled his hair like he had been the last few days once he was dressed and exited the bathroom.

His morning went by as normal, Baekhyun and he had breakfast, Baekhyun left with Chanyeol, he decided to walk to school again. He didn't take much time to walk to school, he just wanted to see Jongin already, he wanted to hug and kiss the younger. For him, being far away for 2 weeks is more than enough.

Walking through the school doors made him more excited and nervous. But when he spotted the familiar pile of brown hair, his heart stopped for a minute and he felt unexplainable emotions as if he just wanted to cry but also laugh. When Jongin saw him, his whole being lit up.

"Nini!" Kyungsoo squealed before the two ran down the hallway. Kyungsoo jumped onto him, wrapping his legs around his waist, having a tight grip on Jongin's neck. Jongin lifted him up, hugging him equally as tightly. Kyungsoo unwrapped his legs, standing up now but didn't let go of the hug. He took a huge breath in, inhaling the taller's scent that he missed so much.

"I missed you so much" Jongin whispered, eyes closed as they hugged. Kyungsoo didn't respond, he just sighed contently. The whole hallway stopped, watching the two lovers but the two were in their own little world, not caring about anyone else. Students cooed at the two lovers and of course, the two biggest KaiSoo shippers recorded and photographed the moment.

Kyungsoo pulled his head off of Jongin's chest to look up at the tan male, taking his beautiful imperfectly perfect features in. Jongin looked down at him, pecking his lips then kissing him. But their perfect moment didn't last forever as the bell rang and students started to disburst. Again, the two lovers didn't want to move or care about the world around them but with a final kiss placed on Kyungsoo's forehead, they pulled back, contently looking at each other.

Once the sappy moment was over, their friends also disbursed to class, cooing at the two as they walked away. "Kyungie, your hair-" Jongin stopped, taking in how beautiful his boyfriend looked. 

"What? Does it really look that bad?" Kyungsoo asked, worried. Jongin furiously shook his head. 

"No, you look beautiful with it" Jongin complimented which brought a blush onto Kyungsoo's pale, white skin. 

"T-thanks" Kyungsoo stuttered which didn't go unnoticed by Jongin. "You're so cute, baby" Jongin kissed his cheek as they walked. No matter how many times he's kissed him, Kyungsoo's cheek still tingled.

Most of the day was like normal, boring classes. But since their exams had already happened, most of their classes were bludge as well. Lunch came around quickly and at this point, Jongin was dead tired. He'd came back around 11 pm yesterday but still came to school only to see Kyungsoo.

"Kyungie, stop moving" Jongin mumbled out, eyes still closed. "Sorry Nini" Kyungsoo turned his head back. Jongin took a deep breath in, pulling Kyungsoo closer towards him as he tightened his grip on him. Jongin's head is rested on Kyungsoo's back and his arms around Kyungsoo's waist. He's basically sleeping on his boyfriend's back.
