Chapter 19

The day of Jongin's return kept getting closer and closer and Kyungsoo couldn't help but miss him. He'd never been so attached to someone outside his family discluding Baekhyun. It was to the point, he couldn't focus on anything and just felt upset.

"Soo Hyung" Sehun nudged. "Hmm?" He snapped out of his trance.

"Are you ok? You seem distracted" He asked out of concern. Kyungsoo nodded and smiled at Sehun before going back to his food.

Baekhyun on the other hand notice the male was not fine. He knew the reason behind it and he couldn't really do anything to help it. But he could help but feeling the need to cheer him up. Baekhyun stood up from his seat and went over to Kyungsoo grabbing his arm and tugging at it. Kyungsoo looked up at him, a confused expression asking 'what?' As he slightly titled his head to the side. But Baekhyun only gave him a look and and slightly nodded his head to the side. Kyungsoo sighed and stood up, following Baekhyun. The rest of their group watched the two interact, amused and confused as to what they were doing.

Baekhyun slung his arm around Kyungsoo's shoulders, leading his away from others. "What do you say Kyungsoo, lets skip the rest of the day we have useless subjects anyways" Baekhyun asked. A smiled formed on Kyungsoo lips, knowing what Baekhyun was trying to do.

Kyungsoo shrugged. "Ok". Baekhyun smiled. And soon, they grabbed their belonging and left the school grounds.

But instead of driving, the two walked since that's what Kyungsoo did in the morning. But no matter how much Baekhyun talked, the latter still seemed distracted.

"Soo" he poked the male. "What's wrong?" He asked in attempts of getting the male to talk. Kyungsoo stopped walking, looking down.

"It's nothing, I just miss him, Baek" Kyungsoo's voice sounded upset, a frown taking over his lips.

"It's alright Soo, you'll get to meet him in 4 days" Baekhyun reassured but it didn't help. He wanted to see Jongin now and he didn't know what to do. Is this what missing someone feels like? Kyungsoo thought. Just when he though it couldn't get worse, a tear slipped down his cheek. Kyungsoo didn't know why he was crying, he just really missed his boyfriend.

"Awh Soo" Baekhyun instantly took him into a hug, rubbing his hand along Kyungsoo's back. Baekhyun smiled at Kyungsoo's innocence, he knew Kyungsoo never had a partner who loved him like Jongin did and it was hard for Kyungsoo to be further away from him for a long time since he's gotten used to the constant affection.

"I don't know why i'm crying" Kyungsoo laughed at himself, holding his best friend tightly.

"It's ok Soo, I think you needed that" Baekhyun commented, pulling out of the hug. He took a hold of his sensitive best friend's face and wiped his tears away with his thumbs.

"Baek" Kyungsoo called.

"I'm sorry but I can't take you seriously with pink hair" Kyungsoo burst out laughing.

"Hey!" Baekhyun lightly pushed him. "I'm here trying to make you feel better and you're insulting my pink hai- wait I know what we can do" Baekhyun cut himself off. Kyungsoo was beyond confuse as to what he was talking about.

"What?" Kyungsoo questioned. "Do you have anything to do right now?" Baekhyun asked, ignoring his question.

"No, not really" Kyungsoo responded. "Ok then, we're going to dye our hair" Baekhyun announced.

"We're going to do WHAT?!?" Kyungsoo asked in disbelief.
