(POV) Hercules:

As I sit of John's bed, stroking his tortoise, he stares at me. He sits next to me. It's been at least two hours since I began explaining what happened. I hope to Dear God he doesn't still blame me. But I know all will be fine as he envelopes me into a hug. I smile at him, and hug back. It feels amazing and I feel John breaking into a smile. We both must have missed each other. John's moving house today. Lafayette offered my assistance to him and with Lafayette just saying 'a friend', John had agreed. He was stuck with me for a while now. Oh... and another thing - he was moving next door. Lafayette is going to move in on the weekend. I love him. I want to spend my life with him.
With these thoughts helping me through my struggle, I single handedly pick up the bed frame and bring it to the van. Phew. Can't wait for a nice cold beer.

(POV) John:

When I get to the new house, I fall in love all over again. Just like Mulligan's it has window seats, a stylish kitchen, a lounge with a cute little fireplace, a master bedroom, a cute little bathroom, a dining room and a little box room. I had spent all of last weekend stripping and painting it up, making it my home, and as I helped Mulligan lift my wardrobe I couldn't hide the grin that had crept onto my face.
"This place is magic right?" Said Mulligan, smiling at me.
"Yep, neighbour!" I reply, giggling.
"I remember moving in," he begins, "I fell in love. Decorated it to make it mine. I love what you've done with it!" He exclaimed, dumping a box of books on the floor by my bookshelf.
"I love it!" I say dreamily.
"Of course you do!" He says triumphantly.
"Look at it! It's so classy but so-so... ME!"
"Of course it's you! It's your house!" He laughs.
"I missed you Herc..." I begin shyly.
"I missed you too buddy!" He says, ruffling my hair with his fists, and pinching my freckle covered nose.
"Now that, I don't miss!" I laugh, and we both laugh and chat until the tedious task of emptying the van is complete.
Then, I go back to the van and bring in the two most special residents: the turtles.
"What do you think guys?" I murmur to them.
I imagine them saying they love everything about it and I smile. Talk about the best day of my life!
