"I chose the one with the five minute walk to the beach"i beam with happy.
"Not shock so what are you offering in?" Ask Tim.
"Since its asking 1.25 million we go in at 1.20 million "i said.
"That is below asking but it had been on the market for 3 months with multiple offers so i suggest 1.23 million"said time.

I head downstairs while staring at my phone, not give my surroundings any attention until i bump into something sorry some one. I look up and saw Carter dress up: black wife beater, black joggers and white Jordan's WOW.

I laughter my head off and walk to his car going in the back.
"Why the fuck are you going in the back?"ask Carter when he turn around from done locking the door.

I got in the back waiting for the car to start.
