Chapter 12: Cole...

||Madeline||
Emilio and I are driving to get Cole from the airport. This will be the moment I tell Cole about Emilio. My brother is really overprotective. When I first started dating Cody my brother punched him in the nose and told him if her hurt me he'd kill and bring him back to life so he could dig his grave, then kill him again. I'm really nervous for him to meet Emilio, but Emilio has a better reputation than Cody.
We pull into the airport parking lot. I have a knot in my stomach.

Emilio: what if he hates me?

Madeline: No se preocupe. El te amara. (Don't worry. He will love you.)

Emilio smiled and grabbed my hand. We walked into the airport and as soon as we were in I saw Cole. I let go of Emilio's hand and ran into Cole's arms. I was so happy to see him. We broke the hug and Emilio walked over.

Madeline: Cole, this is Emilio, my boyfriend.

I thought Cole would say something rude, or punch him, or something. But instead he held out his hand and said:

Cole: nice to meet you, I'm Cole.

Emilio reached out and grabbed Cole's hand. He gripped it tightly and as they shook hands they exchanged looks. I don't speak male so I have no idea what these looks meant.

Emilio: it's nice to meet you. I've heard a lot about you.

Madeline: ¿Todavía asustado? (Still scared?)

Emilio: un poco... (a little...)

Cole: no Spanish please... I never learned.

We all laughed. Cole is different today than he usually is. He's nice and not as intimidating. We got in that car and head to the team 10 house. The whole car ride we were just catching up. Cole is staying at a hotel is West Hollywood. He said he got a hotel there instead of L.A. so that he isn't being "clingy". Something has really changed about him.
We drive to the team 10 house and Cole meets Jake. He signs all the contracts and I'm now officially a part of team 10.
When we got there Paris wasn't there. She got back after about an hour of being there. Cole was playing Call of Duty with Chance and Anthony when Paris and Ivan walked into the room.

||Paris||
I walked upstairs with Ivan so we could hang out with Madeline and Emilio. When we walked into the room I saw Cole sitting in the couch. Luckily I let go of Ivan's hand before he saw that I had been holding it.

Cole: hey Paris!

Paris: Cole?! I forgot you were coming!

Cole: well then surprise I guess!

He stood up and gave me a hug. I looked at Ivan and he was clearly upset. He walked over to Madeline and Emilio and sat down next to them.

Cole: I missed you so much!!

Paris: yea!

I sounded very sarcastic. You could hear it in my voice that I hadn't missed him, sure, I loved him but being here in L.A. has been the best thing I've experienced. I guess I missed him but I hadn't missed him. It's complicated...

||Ivan||
I knew he was coming I just didn't expect it to happen so fast. She clearly didn't want him there. We talked and she explained to me that she's staying with him until he goes off to college so that she doesn't trigger is depression. I told her I was ok with it as long as I could still kiss her.

||Cole||
I missed Paris so much. I could tell she missed me too. I'm so happy I can hold her again. I know we can make this long distance thing work. 5 years strong, distance can't change 5 years!!
When she walked in her and the other twin seemed startled by me, he seemed sad as he left her side and joined Emilio and Madeline on the bed. He probably has a crush on her, that'll never happen. I almost feel bad for him.

||Jake||

I heard Madeline's brother, Cole, is in town for 5 days. This might stir up some drama in the Team 10 house considering Paris is dating Cole but her and Ivan have been getting really close. I personally like Pivan more than I like Pole, but what do I know? I really hope everything works out in that love triangle and I hope the drama is avoided. Right now, I need to vlog.

||Madeline||

Emilio: Maddi!! Hurry, come here quick!

I ran downstairs to find my brother punching Ivan in the face multiple times.

Madeline: COLE!! What the fuck?!

Cole didn't stop. He kept punching Ivan. Emilio stepped in and pulled Cole off of Ivan. I told Cole to leave and he did. I walked into the kitchen where Emilio was icing Ivan's face. I heard crying and I saw Paris bawling her eyes out in the corner of the big sectional couch. I walk over to Paris.

Madeline: what the hell happened?! why are you crying??

Paris: I thought Cole had already left so Ivan and I were kissing and Cole walked downstairs. He got so mad, he ripped Ivan away from me and slammed him onto the ground. He was punching him nonstop! I'm so sorry. This is all my fault.

Madeline: awe, babe, this isn't your fault. You know Cole has anger issues. he needs to learn how to control himself. this is more my fault than anything. You wanted to break up with him and I told you not to. Don't blame yourself.

Ivan was walking towards Paris and I and Emilio wasn't far behind him. Emilio sat down next to me and wrapped his arm around my waist. Paris stood up and gave Ivan a big hug.

||Paris||

I felt so bad. This is all my fault.

Paris: Ivan I'm so sorry. This is all my fault.

Ivan: it's not your fault. Don't blame yourself, I'm fine.

Paris: you're not fine. Your nose is busted, your lip is busted, you have a black eye.

Ivan: I know what can help the lip.

He leaned in and kissed me, not just a peck, a real kiss. This made me feel 100 times better. At least the busted lip doesn't stop his kisses.
