"You didn't hack into Fong's terminal?"
Tony was enraged. I let out an exhale, frustrated.
"Tony, would you listen to me for a minute? I didn't hijack his computer, but I did hear them talking."
"Was the conversation useful?"
"As a matter of fact, yes. They're planning on infiltrating Tyler's base and capturing Delirious."
"What could they find useful with that deadbeat clown?" Tony's eyebrows knitted in thought.
"He has a huge bounty on him, probably worth thousands or even millions." There was a long pause, signifying Tony was thinking.
"Then that means we have to get to him first. We can't risk Fong getting all that money. Not to mention a few grand wouldn't hurt."
I stayed silent.
"You up for another trip next week or should I call up Marcel for this?" Tony's eyebrows raised seeing my fatigue and my pounded state.
"We'll go together. The more backup the better."
"Perfect. Always knew I could depend on you." His face remained cold and blank, but the hint of a smile danced on his lips.

"Can you hurry the fuck up," the deep voice of the dark melanin colored boy huffed.
"Just a moment, I'm finishing my liner sockhead."
"Why do you even need makeup, you're probably going to sweat it off," Marcel groaned and I hear his body slump against the bathroom door.
I remained tight lipped. I couldn't tell him I was trying to doll myself up for Jonathon.
"Self-esteem issues," I lied. Well it wasn't a complete lie, I did lack aplomb.
"Why? Daddy issues," Marcel joked. Time seemed to slow down as the pencil in my hands dropped and I froze up. Thousands of vivid memories swarmed to my head.
