I grabbed Everest's bags and chucked them I the back of the van while she said goodbye to Dad. I walked back to the front door and said goodbye to him as well. Then we all walked to the van and drove down the street while Dad ran along the side of the van waving like crazy at us. We all burst out laughing and Jake revved up the engine. After only half a minute of running Dad gave up and just stood on the corner waving at us. Jake beeped the horn as we took a turning onto the main road.
