Talking to Tessa

This morning I left Tessa with Everest because I know there not the best of friends so I wanted them to bond a bit you know. But when I got back Tessa said she had to talk to me urgently.
I led her into the office and shut the door behind me. I expected for her to moan about something annoying Everest had done. So I prepared myself for a moan.

Jake: Tessa what's up if your gonna stand here and moan at me I don't really wanna hear it

Tessa: no its not about Everest it's about Jackson.
She said running her hand through her hair nervously.

Jake: What is it are you truing to sabotage there relationship
I turned and walked towards the door. Tessa grabbed my shoulder and span me round.

Jake: WHAT?!?

Tessa: look at these. she said thrusting her phone into my hands.

I scrolled through the messages she had screenshotted.
My face dropped. This was real.

Jake: wait how do I know your not lying

Tessa: please trust me I don't wanna see someone get hurt like that

Jake: but I thought you didn't like her

Tessa: no... I mean well I didn't really like her because she was kinda taking all the attention seeing as she's the youngest and the most 'vulnerable' one so everyone looks after her.

Jake: but what do I do? HOW DARE THAT KID DO THIS TO MY SISTER!?!
It just dawned on me that this was MY baby sister we were talking about.

Tessa: call ur brother then get the others in here and tell them what's going on

I sent a quick text to Logan telling him to come here now and called for the others to come in. They all looked me gravely as I told them what was happening.
Now we had to break the news to Everest. I didn't want to do it. But I didn't want anybody else to do it.

When Logan came he had an Idea.  He told me to get Jackson to tell her himself. I didn't know how I was going to do that but I thought it was the best plan yet so I walked into the kitchen everyone following ready to help.
I looked in front of me, Logan by my side and I saw Everest and Jackson laughing and joking together. This was gonna hurt to tear them apart. When I remembered what Jackson was doing anger welled up in side of me.i stomped over to Jackson and I tried to talk to him but it came out as a yell.

" IT'S UP JACKSON U BETTER TELL EVEREST EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW!!!!!"

"JAKE LEAVE HIM ALONE WHAT ARE YOU ON ABOUT?" Everest said.

" Yeah Jake stop spreading rumours what have I done" Jackson said

Tessa stepped forward.
"I read all your messages to Alliyah so it's up just tell Everest"

Jackson turned to Everest.

"Jackson what is it just tell me" Everest replied meekly

"Your not my girlfriend I was just pretending. I have another girlfriend who is my real girlfriend." Jackson said he sounded quite happy about him self but I wasn't.

"But...why?" Everest replied a tear slipping down her cheek.
He didn't reply.

I knelt down next to her.
" because he just wanted the fame but don't worry about him." I said "I think it's best if you go I said looking at Jackson. "
He got up and casually walked out like this had never happened.

                   Everest's POV

I got up and ran to my bed room I locked the door behind me and jumped on my bed in tears I heard people race after me but they were to late and stood behind a locked door.
I led there tears rolling down my face. I forgot Jake had a pass to my room and unlocked the door. He shut the door behind him and walked over to me.
"Go away" I yelled

He tried to wrap his arm round me but I pushed him away. He tried  again and this time I punched him. He wasn't going to give up so he tried again this time taking a different approach tightening his grip and not letting me go. I'd had enough so I just broke down crying and ended up hugging him back.
