Almost the second Alex messaged Kubra she heard her phone ring. You'd think that he would be busy with his heroin filled clients and too caught up in being a drug lord to be on his phone, waiting for Alex's message.

Her heart began beating really fast and she almost debated not answering her phone.

She answered.

Alex: Hey.

Kubra: Long time no speak, boy did I miss hearing that voice.

Kubra always used his charm to get his way.

Alex: Why did you need to talk to me?

Kubra: You know I won't discuss business over the phone.

Alex: I don't want to get involved Kubra.

Kubra: You probably should have thought about that before getting yourself into this mess. Just trust me, come by and we can talk.

Alex: I have plans tonight.

Kubra: Come now.

Alex: Fine.

Alex hung up the phone and started panicking. All she wanted to do was call Piper to talk about it but she couldn't because then it might start something. Plus, she really didn't want to get Piper involved. Alex had decided to called her best friend Rachel to come over and calm her down, because Rachel was one of the only people who knew about Kubra.

Piper on the other hand was at her apartment wondering what Alex could possibly be doing. She shot her a quick text saying she was thinking about her. Alex read it and didn't respond. Alex obviously had a lot on her mind and couldn't think straight enough to talk to Piper right now, but Piper thought that Alex was avoiding/ignoring her. Piper was worried and decided to go to Alex. Why not just stop by to say hello and maybe bring her a coffee? There's no harm in that, Piper thought to herself. Piper drove over there and decided to park in the parking lot across the street from Alex's apartment.

Rachel had arrived minutes before Piper decided to go over to Alex's as well. Rachel was comforting Alex as best as she could.

"Listen, what's the worst that could happen? You've already been involved and now you're out of it. He can't make you do anything." Rachel said.

"He can actually. He's capable of doing fucked up things and doesn't care who he's hurting as long as he gets his way." Alex continued overthinking.

"Want me to come with you? I'll stay in the car when you go talk to him, and just be there if anything bad happens?" Rachel suggested.

"Oh god, yes. That would amazing Rach. We'll have to go now." Alex got herself together and they headed out the door.

Piper was just about to get out of the car when she saw Alex leaving her apartment with some girl. Piper's face instantly switched and she felt her stomach drop. She experienced a mix of pain, anger, and sadness. The woman got into Alex's car with her and they drove off. Piper's rage took over her and she decided to follow them. They didn't drive for too long before turning down a long, narrow road that led to a closed and locked gate. Piper couldn't follow them that far or else she would be spotted by them. She quickly turned down the closest side street and parked her car on the side of the road and began to cry. She wasn't ready to lose Alex and seeing her with another girl made her realize how much she actually wants to be with Alex.

Alex and Rachel pulled up to the gate of the large mansion that hid so far down the road, no one would even think about coming down.

The buzzer noise went off when they drove over the sensor and a soft, professional sounding voice spoke.
