Tumultuous--Alex and Piper Fanfiction

Painful Truth

Their last day in Bali was spent laying on the beach, and having sex at every chance they got. But when the day was over they packed all their suitcases and belongings. Alex had been cleaning the hotel room for some reason that Piper couldn't understand.

"They have cleaners Alex, c'mon we need to catch our plane!" Piper tried to stop Alex.

Little did Piper know, Alex was cleaning to remove any finger prints either of them could have left behind, which would be an easy way for them to get busted. Piper was just confused and now, impatient.

"Relax babe, just give me a few minutes." Alex continued efficiently wiping down every surface in the room.

Alex had finished being meticulous and they left the hotel. The plane ride had been long and they mostly slept the whole way. At one point Alex was getting a call from Kubra but luckily enough Piper was sleeping and she could go to the bathroom to answer it, without being questioned. After the plane had landed, they headed back to Piper's apartment.

"Thank you for coming babe." Alex kissed Piper on the cheek.

"I had such a good time." Piper responded.

Alex had decided to go to the bathroom and call Kubra. She wanted to know how the money was going to be transferred and how everything turned out.

"Alex...I was just about to call." Kubra answered.

"Hey, how'd everything go?"

"Perfect. No complications and I will be transferring 75,000 dollars into your bank account in the next week. I know a guy who works for Western Union, whom which I will transfer the money with so it doesn't look suspicious any other way. Kubra explained. When you get the money, you're going to have to immediately open up a savings account if you don't already have one. There is less chance of notion and searching if you have loads of money in your savings rather than checking account." He finished.

"Okay, just call me or text me when the money has been sent and I'll go to the bank." Alex hung up and went back out into the living room with Piper.

Alex saw Piper unpacking her bag and putting everything away in its spot. Alex was mesmerized by everything Piper did, she just watched her.

Piper noticed Alex staring and smiled. You could tell Piper felt slightly self conscious that Alex was watching her, but that didn't stop the dark haired woman.

"I'm gonna bring all my stuff home then call you babe." Alex broke the silence.

"What if you unpack some of your stuff here..?" Piper took a long shot.

Surprisingly, Alex didn't even feel freaked out that Piper was implying for her to live there.

"Are you sure?" Alex questioned.

"We have spent a couple days together and I don't want it to end." Piper stopped unpacking and looked at Alex.

"But we're so different in the way we live, don't you think it'll cause us to butt heads?" Alex was trying to be realistic.

"I honestly don't care. I can handle anything that crosses our path as long as we're together." Piper stated.

Alex's brain immediately traced back to thinking about the terrible crime she had just committed and how she brought Piper into it.

"Okay. I'll unpack some of my stuff here, slowly, until it's all here." Alex amazed herself from agreeing.

Piper was shocked. Not in a million years did she expect Alex to even remotely come close to that step any time soon.
