[Name] couldn't stop thinking about last night.

"What!?"

Wendy fiddled with her fingers, "I have a theory. Trust me whatever you say won't leave this room." She watched the other girl sigh.

"He has a girlfriend Wendy."

Wendy observed her movements, [Name] looked down. She tried to look everywhere but Wendy. She didn't know whether to tell the truth to the blue haired girl in front of her.

"That doesn't matter.. How long have you known him?"

She shrugged. "Since we were kids, we've been through it all."

Wendy put her hand on her knee and stares into her [Eye Color] eyes. "I ship you guys so much." She said honestly. [Name] only laughs.

"Come with me."  She stood and had Wendy follow her to her work room. She went into the corner and lifted the oak floor board, she from it she took out a chest, which was put in sideways to fit into the floor. Wendy was excited, when the older girl opens the chest she sighs. "This is everything that I've ever drawn of Natsu."

Wendy furrows her eyebrows as she pulls out a large portrait with a smiling Natsu. There were hearts around the top of his head as if to form a halo. She handed it to the small girl who only stared at the picture. She was handed another one which was water color. She was handed on last drawing of a crying Natsu, holding a dragon plush.

"This is beautiful.."

The girl sighed once again. "He never noticed how I felt, and eventually I gave up." Wendy handed back the pictures. "Instead I met this guy, his name was Brandon." She put them back into the box before shutting it cautiously. "Yet that didn't work out." Her lips pressed into a thin smile.

Natsu was the same way, he could barely sleep himself. When he woke up next to his girlfriend he immediately thought of the conversation him and Romeo had.

"Romeo?"

The young, muscular boy let out a breath. "Is Natsu home?"

The pink haired boy immediately appeared, raising an eyebrow. "Romeo?"

He asked for them to talk in private and Lucy only nodded and asked if he would stay for dinner. He said a quick yes and thanked her as Natsu walked out the house.

"Can we talk about [Name] for a minute?" He questioned, stuffing his hands in his pockets. They had both decided to take a walk around the block. Natsu thought of the one day he spent with her and how much fun they had. Ever since Lucy moved in with him he sees his friend less and less.

"Did something happen?"

Romeo shook his head quickly. "No, but before you were with Lucy.." He trailed off before taking a deep breath. "Did you have a thing for [Name]?"

Natsu stopped, the younger boy stopping and looked worried. He didn't know what Natsu would do.

"I have a girlfriend man. It's about to be three years."

"I know, that's why I said before you dated her." His heart began racing, why did Wendy talk him into this?

He sighs and looks around. "This won't go anywhere but us, right?" Romeo nods as they sit on the steps of a house that was for sale. He glances around once more before telling Romeo the complete truth. "When we were in high school, junior year I was trying to figure out how to ask her out. When I finally was ready, I saw her flirting with this guy named Brandon and she told me she was into him." He sighs, fiddling with his fingers. If it isn't [Name] it's hard for him to confine in anyone. "I gave up after that, when Lucy moved I thought she was cute so here we are." He pointed a finger at the boy. "Say anything about this to anyone and we're fighting."

Romeo didn't even have time to react, he was hit with so much information so fast. This sounded so cliché, even if Natsu was pretty dense with girls.

Wendy and Romeo didn't know what to do with this information. Once they told each other about the news they were stumped, should they tell [Name]? Natsu?

The couple decided to leave things, after all if fate wanted them together it would end up like that. At least that's what Wendy thought. Romeo thought about going to Natsu about it yet his girlfriend yelled at him and told him not to.

Natsu wondered if [Name] had put them up to this, he didn't think about it at the time. Maybe subconsciously he wanted her to know, it wouldn't do any good at this point. It was certainly something he regrets, yet he finally felt a pressure lift from his shoulders from telling someone.

He picked up his red phone as Lucy slept peacefully on his bare tanned chest. He opened [Name]'s contact before typing a quick message. As soon as he was about to press send she sent a message herself.

[Name]
Are you up?

He glanced at the time written on his phone, 3:14 A.M. He typed out a quick yes as his girlfriend stirred beside him, cuddling up closer.

[Name]
I can't sleep..

He tried to slip out of the grasp of the blonde, her groaning before turning over and pulling the sheets closer to her. Natsu tiptoed out the room and walking into the kitchen to grab a glass of water. He walked outside to sit on the steps as he called up his best friend.

She picked up instantly, whispering a small hello. "We haven't done this since we were teenagers." She laughed, Natsu smiling and taking a sip of his water.

"I couldn't sleep either." He sighed, placing the glass beside him. "Remember when we used to sneak over each other's house when one of us were sad?" Natsu ran a hand through his pink locks, scratching his scalp slightly.

"I'll never forget it, you were always there for me." All that was heard was her light breathing, when they were younger they would stay on the phone til they fell asleep. It stopped shortly after Lucy and Natsu began dating.

"Why can't you sleep?" The pinkette asked hearing his friend sigh through the phone.

"Wendy came over yesterday." His eyes widened. "She asked some things about my past, now I can't stop thinking about it."

He nodded although they couldn't see one another. "Yeah Romeo came over here too."

He could hear her shuffling. "Really? What did you talk about?" She asked curiously. Natsu bit his lip, he turned to see the closed front door as he debated on telling her.

"You."

The girl went quiet on the other line, the anticipation was killing him. As soon as she uttered one syllable he hung up the phone, he couldn't tell her about their conversation.

Now he really wasn't going to sleep.
