Chara: Remember, kids, there's a difference between hollandaise sauce and bearnaise sauce, so take notes! Just know that they both have an egg yolk and butter base, but a bearnaise has shallots, shirvel, and most importantly tarragon.

Ferrith: Ok the recipe calls for two cups of lemon and a cup of sugar, but all I see is cough syrup and battery acid.
Karin: I couldn't get fresh battery acid, but I'm pretty sure store bought would be fine.
