(Art for the scene where Nita's hiding behind the teddy bear. *cough* Freddy *cough*.((p.s. I'll redraw this later and post it so it doesn't look as bad.))

(Nita's POV)

When I ran up the stairs, I immediately went to the little girl. I was so confused. I felt like I could trust him, but I didn't want to get hurt again. So I went to her for advice, so I flooded her with questions. "What's wrong? You look terrible." She said as I sat down on the floor next to her. "It's the new babysitter," I said, out of breath. When I said this, a scowl immediately formed on her face. "What did she do?" She asked as she was about to stand up. "Actually, it's a 'he' this time. And he didn't do anything." I said tugging at her shirt. She sighed and looked at me and asked, "Then what about him?" "I think we might be able to trust him. He's different than the others, maybe we can trust him." I said to her with a little bit of hope in my voice. She shook her head and said, "Don't be stupid!! He's just like them, except he's a boy instead of an old woman." "Ya but-" I was about to say something but the little boy walked into my room. I didn't know what to do, so I hid behind my teddy bear. He stopped a couple of inches in front of me and knelt down to my height. "Don't worry, it's ok. I'm not going to hurt you." He said to me. That's what they all say. When he said that, I thought of all the other people that have said that: Mom, the man in the hospital bed, and all the other babysitters. Then I felt tears start to form in my eyes. I kept my eyes on him and his expression turned sympathetic. "Hey, hey, it's ok. I won't hurt you, I promise." He said as he was about to try to comfort me. STOP SAYING THAT!! I thought as I backed away from his grasp. he stopped reaching for me and pulled his hand back. I looked away and tried to look for the girl. She was on the bed and glaring daggers at him. Just like she did with the rest of them. "Hey, do you want to go outside?" I heard him ask. I turned to him and saw his comforting smile. I thought about it. 'I would be able to scream for help out there, and the little girl would be there too.' I thought to myself. After thinking of the ups and downs, I finally nodded. He smiled at me and started to stand up. He was so tall compared to me. HE COULD EASILY OVERPOWER YOU. He stood up and walked over to the door to wait for me. I hesitantly got up and got my blanket I got from my dad a few days ago and slowly walked over to him. 'Why did he offer to go outside? I'm not allowed to go out there, right?' I thought. He offered me his hand as we walked down the stairs and out the back door. We walked around the backyard and I kept eyeing the forest. The little girl was to the right of me, giving the boy death stares. "Be careful." She whispered in my ear. I nodded and glanced at him for a moment. He was staring at her, or at least in her direction. Did he notice her? As soon as he saw me looking at him, he looked ahead of us. The whole time we were out there, I saw him glancing in her direction every couple of minutes. I was so confused, was he able to see her? If he can, then why couldn't my parents see her?
