Sumedh's Pov
I broke the hug when, I heard footsteps. I looked towards the door and noticed that other members of play were coming. I narrowed my eyebrows and looked at my wrist watch."Rukh jao wahi par sabhi." I ordered angrily.
Immediately, they stopped and looked at me with scary eyes. Then, they turned their gaze and looked at Rohit. I observed that Rohit also checked his wrist watch, crossed his arms and bowed his head.
"Time dekha hai ? 9 bje aane ka lea bola tha aur ab 11 bj rhe hai. Kaha the itni der se ? Pta hai na… ki parso play hai, aur abhi tak ek baar bhi ache se practice nhi kiya hai hum logo nein." I yelled angrily,"Chup kyu ho ab ? Bolo !"
"Bhaiya, sorry. Vo hum logo ka ek test tha, humlog aa hi rhe the ki mam nein pakad liya." A boy answered in low voice.
"Humnein unko bola tha ki play ki practice ka lea jana hai but, mam nein kaha ki test dekar jana." A girl completed the sentence.
I looked down, released a sigh and said in low voice, "Excuses ! Theek hai, parso play hai... to aaj sham tak practice krengge."
Instantly, they looked at each other with wide eyes and then, said in union, "Ok ! bhaiya."
They kept their bags on chairs and went to the stage. I looked at Ritika who was sitting on a chair and was making a bun of her hair. I smiled and went towards her. She stood up from the chair when she noticed me.
"Vo mujhe bolna tha ki… Sorry." I whispered.
"No sir, Is baar sorry se kaam nhi chalega." She replied with an evil smile.
I looked at her, raised my eyebrows and asked in low voice,"To phir ? Kya chahiye ?"
Her eyes lit up like a kid and said with a wide smile, "Mujhe chaat khana hai."
"What ?" I asked confusingly with a small smile.
"Mujhe, bahut dino se chaat khane ka maan kar rha hai. But, hume hostel se bahar hi nhi jaane dete and guard ko bolo to… vo bhi laakr nhi deta. Please, sir, aap bahar se le aayiye na. Please, please, please." She said like a small kid.
"Theek hai, Theek hai. Dekhta hu. Par aaj nhi, play ke baad, because main nhi chata ki… kha kar tumhari tabiyat kharab ho jaye." I replied in concerned tone.
"Sumedh, baatein ho gyi ho to Ritika ko bhej de, thodi practice bhi kar lete hai hum log." Rohit shouted in teasing tone from the stage.
"Haan haan, bhej rha hu, tu apni practice start kar na." I replied to him.
I looked at Ritika and ordered, "jao, practice karo."
She made a poker face and sweetly whispered before leaving, "Huh ! jab tak chaat nhi khilayoge, tab tak maaf nhi karunggi main aapko."
I chuckled when, she left from there.
*.*
We practiced for 5 hours without any break. After that, Rohit asked them to leave because they were feeling tired. They took their bags and ran from there. Rohit came to me and wrapped his arm around my neck."Chal bahar chalte hai." I said while picking up his bag.
"Bahar ? Chal… chalte hai." He replied while keeping his phone in his pocket.
