Chapter 57

<<<JACK'S POV>>>

I watched over her as she lay on my bed. I had my private doctor give her a sleeping pill; she hadn't slept in what looked like a week or two. I had a glass of water and a sandwich ready for when she woke up. I hadn't stopped crying since yesterday after what happened at the park...her words swirled around my head like a tornado.

"SO DID MY FUCKING BABY!"

She was pregnant with our child and she had an abortion. We would have had a child...I too was grieving over the devastating news. Me and Elsa could have had a child together, I just don't understand why it had to be this way...I'd been through this before...it happened again.

*Flashback*

I sat in my office at the building waiting for Tooth to come in. She was my fiancée at the time and I loved her dearly. She'd been on holiday for a month and she'd be coming back. She came back but with a bump which she had not had. I was in shock.

"Are you pregnant?!" I asked in shock.

"Yeah, but--" I cut her off and spun her round.

"This is amazing news, Toothy!" I smiled.

"Jack, just stop and listen!" She exclaimed.

I put her down and gave her a concerned look. She handed me the sonogram, it was a little baby. So adorable!

"This is going to be our son or daughter!" I cheered.

"Stop it!" She cried.

I looked at her in confusion. She took deep breaths and wiped away some tears.

"That would have been our child..." She sobbed.

Would have? I gently grasped her face and looked into her purple eyes. She turned away from me; she was refusing to look at me.

"I took the pill already. I'm in the process of an abortion, Jack!" She sobbed.

My heart shattered. She took off the engagement ring I gave to her not too long ago, just before she went away and she took deep breaths.

"I can't have this baby, I'm not in love with you anymore! I love someone else and I can't have a child with you," she sobbed.

I couldn't process anything. She killed our baby, because she loved someone else? Who does that?!

"What?! So you killed our child because you fell out of love with me?!" I exclaimed.

*Flashback over*

She did it out of spite, I gave up so much money for her! She actually almost had me at bankruptcy with her spending, I couldn't believe that she was just using me for my money and fame! After I realised that I was in love with Elsa before her sister's engagement party; I threw the ring that I gave to Tooth in the lake where Elsa had fell in, I didn't want nothing to do with that ring after that - I wanted nothing to do with Tooth. She's not the woman of my dreams anymore but Elsa is.

"J-Jack?"

I looked at Elsa. She had tears streaming down her face, she sat up and looked around in confusion.

"W-What happened?" she asked.

"You don't remember?" I asked.

"All I remember was..." she trailed off.

I saw the look of pain in her eyes again as she looked down at her stomach and burst into tears, I hugged her. She hugged me back tightly and I rocked her.
