So, idk I just came up with this on my vacation
"Deep breaths," Lance thought to himself "Just walk inside, someone will notice you" Lance was already stressed about having to see his family, but having to introduce Keith made it even more stressful. Keith looked over at Lance, who seemed to be sweating buckets, and grabbed his hand. "It'll be ok, I promise" Lance looked over at his boyfriend and gave him a small grin. "Thanks" They both took a breath, put smiles on their faces, and stepped forward. "I'm home!" Lance yelled as he walked into the front doors of the McClain household. Mrs. McClain looked up from the table, looked into the eyes of her son, and ran toward him. "LANCE!" She covered Lance in a full on bear hug. "Where were you?" Lance scratched his head. "Um, space?" Mrs. McClain burst into tears and grabbed her child even tighter. Suddenly, all the emotions that Lance was holding in came pouring out. He grasped his mother and cried into her shoulder. "I'm so sorry mama, I couldn't tell you" Keith watched awkwardly from the side of the hug fest, as he didn't really have a family to go to. Mrs. McClain took Lance's face in her hands and looked it over. As she was looking, Mrs. McClain made eye contact with the awkward standing Keith. "Who's this?" She said as she walked over to Keith. Keith instantly tensed in his place. "That's Keith," Lance said "my..." Lance fidgeted with his shirt "my BOYFRIEND" Mrs. McClain looked Keith over then sighed. Lanced walked over to Keith ready to defend for anything. "Lance" Mrs. McClain started
"L-look mom, I understand th-"
"He's too skinny!!" Lance and Keith looked at each other in confusion "Do you get fed ANYTHING in space? Come, I'll make you both something in the kitchen." Mrs. McClain walked into her kitchen. Lance looked at Keith once again and was startled by the yelling of his mother. "LANCE"
"Y-yes?"
"Come help me with the cooking, and bring Keith too. He needs to learn how to cook if he's going to be part of this family" Lance blushed furiously and ran into the kitchen "M-mom!" Keith gave a small smile and followed the boy to the kitchen. As Lance was getting out pans Lance's mother pulled Keith into the small cooking space. "Being part of this family is going to be fun."
