13 Kappa Realm (Ancient Evil)

The Kappa Realm diverged from the Alpha Realm sometime in the 19th Century. In 1882, the Apothicons invaded the Kappa Realm in an effort to consume it like they had done to many other realms. They began their invasion by raining from the sky over the New England area in the United States. The Ancient Evil orchestrated this invasion to be more tactical and successful, so the stuff falling from the sky was interpreted as a meteor shower by the human population. Fungus-like Apothicons began to inhabit the dark and moist corners within urban areas. The people there began to get sick and delirious. Many Keepers gathered to fight the Ancient Evil and the Apothicons, and they managed to fend off the Apothicons for now. Even with the billions of realms, the Summoning Key, the artifact originally used by the First One to create life, remained unique. The Keepers tried to protect it, but the Apothicons corrupted it, marking their runes upon it. The Apothicons called it the Astoth Arbzorak. The Keepers sealed it away and hid it in the South Pacific of the Kappa Realm. This invasion was a failure for the Apothicons.

I know it's been a long time, but I wanted to write you just so you know I'm doing well. It's been a long time coming, but I finally managed to make a success of myself in the city. Work's been good to me these last few years, so much so that I decided to take a bit of time off. I'll write you again when I get back to work... Maybe I'll even send you some pictures.
