I heard someone coming down the stairs while I was feeding Zola
- "good morning"-
- "Good morning" - she gave me a slight smile and gave Zozo a kiss
- "I made food, it's on the fridge "- she took something out of the fridge and put it in a glass, I just stuck it until she noticed it
- "it's iced tea, relax"-
- "Are you going to drink today too?" - my question took her by surprise
- "Derek ..."-
-"No, don't use" Derek "on me, you know you can't be doing this every day"-
-"I know, I just ... I was just bored"-
-"you could watch television instead of doing that"-
-"Yeah, well..."-
- "yeah, well" what ?, you say it like you do not care"-
-"What do you want me to say, Derek?That I will not do it again? Don't worry? What do you want me to say?!"- she yelled
-"I want you to care! "-I grabbed my hair, I was frustrated with her attitude- "you have to move on"
- "move on"-she laughed and then she gave it a drink - "it's so easy to say it Derek, because you were not the one who got hurt. You are not the one who get raped or the one who was beat up until make your aneurysms explode ! Oh my god Derek! You're a damn neurosurgeon and you couldn't see that your wife had aneurysms"- she threw her glass to the wash and that scared Zola, making her cry
- "I did not know!"-
- "it wasn't weird the fact that I lived with headaches, that I was always taking aspirins, that I wasn't sleeping anymore ?! Damn Derek, it was not you! It was me! He came for you but he took me!"
-"what?"-
-"You didn't know? He was ready to kill you but instead he found me and he knew that I am your wife"- Meredith's eyes began to fill with water and her voice broke - "you are perfectly fine  and I'm more broken than this damn glass!"- I bowed my head, I didn't know, I didn't know that to protect me she had gone through all this. Mer took her keys and her purse and walked to the door
- "where are you going?"- I ask even in shok but she didn't answer me, she just left.

Meredith

I knew this wasn't normal in me, fighting with him, drinking until I didn't know my own name, not being able to take care of my daughter, this wasn't me. But I couldn't handle it, all this new Meredith was for the alteration of my personality by my surgery, I knew it but I couldn't change it, this was the new me.
I arrived at the first place I saw and the first place I went was the bar, I needed a drink, I needed to feel the bitterness in my mouth, I needed to calm down.
-"What do I serve you?" - ask one of the waitress. I didn't know what to order, most of the time I only had tequila with Christina or a beer with Alex and Lexi, I didn't really know anything about drinks, I look at the man next to me at the bar
-"Whatever he is drinking "-I said, not being sure, the girl smiled at me and gave me a glass with a slightly green liquid
- "you are very cute, sweetheart "- said the man, He was older, he could be my father
-"I'm married"- I said, showing him the ring, I look at him and he  stop talking, I wanted peace of mind.

I didn't know how many drinks I had drunk, but I felt pretty dizzy, the girl hadn't taken my keys so I wouldn't lose my dignity and I would take a taxi so I paid my bill and left the bar. It was late, I look at my phone  "6:15 pm", I had spent all day here, had several calls from Derek which obviously I didn't respond.
My keys fell, but when I wanted to take them again I fell, too, which made me laugh.
-"Meredith?"- I turned to see who was speaking to me.
-"Owen?"- I didn't know if he was the one or not.
- "What are you doing here? on the floor"-
I laughed again
-"come on, I help you" - He took my hands and he get me up as if I weigh nothing but when I get closer his  face change - "did you drink?"
- "a little"-
- "Okay, give me your keys, I'll take you home"- I didn't fight with him since it would be stupid, he's too tall and strong so I couldn't fight him.
When I went to his car  I just managed to get the  belt on and then I fell asleep.
