Neron mind linked me telling me Duke had a plan I was trying to concentrate on what he was telling me but I was already close to where James was and something seemed off, I told Neron i'd see what happens and took it from there as I was inching closer to the borders Neron interrupted again telling me duke ordered me back now, that Esarosa had gone to James knowing I would go there, I turned not wanting to be caught now knowing that Esarosa being behind a plan could never be a good thing and I didn't want to get stuck in a situation I couldn't get out of... I started running and then shifted into wolf form and Sera moved like the wind, I knew she was fast but I forgot exactly how fast she was, I was smashed in the side by a rogue warrior, Sera flipped around snarling at him waiting for him to lunge again and when he did she went straight for his throat and tore it out, without skipping a best she took off towards duke's border again looking behind we had three on our tail. I was momentarily distracted when duke's voice cut through my mind link...

"Angelica....."

"Duke not now, take the children and mothers to the safe room and lock them in there now"

What the fuck, I blocked my mind link so I wouldn't get distracted, how the hell did he get past it?

"Woman I'm losing my patience...."

"DUKE JUST LISTEN TO ME!!! get them to the safe room now...."

sera answered the question for me.

Coda knows were in trouble, he was able to break the link to get through because he has the stronger power to find you and get through to you when we are in trouble.

"Angelica... you better answer me.."

I ignored him as I had another rogue nipping at my heels, Sera leaped through the air spinning herself around facing the rogue and leaping at him the minute we landed, going straight for his throat too. After we took that one out Sera ran once again knowing the other would catch up soon, I decided to let duke know I was on my way back and that the rogues wouldn't be far behind.

"Duke... they're coming, they won't be too far behind me..... i've taken out...."

I didn't get to finish it as the rogue behind me caught up and tackled me to the ground, Sera nipped at his face causing him to rear back at the pain, giving us the time to get out from underneath him and prepare for another battle. He looked at us with malice and viciousness, we were circling each other waiting for the right time to make our moves.. as he reared up lunging towards us, Sera jumped leaping over him turning, hitting the ground and leaping straight for him not giving him a chance to know what the move was going to be. Sera landed at the base of his neck biting into him pulling away and then going straight for the jugular tearing it from his throat, a gurgling sound was made before he dropped in front of us. I took on a few more, knowing I wasn't going to make it to the border with out being tailed by the rest of the rogues who I could see coming from the distance. I was busy for ages and I never got a chance to let duke know to get everyone here, because it wasn't going to make it to the border
