ECSTATIC {ON HOLD}

I

I assisted in a murder. The blood is on my hands as well.

"Look at me Hime, you own this bar, its your." He says to one of the female worker. "100 grand for everyone. Hime owns the place. Her name is Yoasobi. She has owned it since the beginning. You never seen my face. Theres no security footage. And you have never met this guy."

All the workers nod and go back to working ad if they didnt just help their boss hide the body of their coworker.

He holds his hand out to me and i take it. Intertwining his fingers with mine. I watched his kill a man in cild blood yet i can still touch him.

"We gotta go." He smiles over at me as he grabs the duffle bag of our things and leads me to an off white Acura with tinted windows.

"You will go to work Monday. Resign on Wednesday. On Friday you wont ever see any of your old friends and family for a while. Tell them Vacation. You're gonna change your  landline, get a new phone while you at it." He explains as we pull out of the parking lot

"Why?" I ask and put on my seatbelt

"Better safe then sorry. This car will bd traded out once we hit the border, we'll use our passports and IDs only once before getting a new one."

We pull up at a seemingly big house, "stay here."

He goes into the house and i feel a since of panic when i see a fire ignite from the 2 story window. "Naruto!" I call as i get out the car

We walks out the door and gets back into the car, "why did you do that?" I ask and get back into the car

"That bartender lived here. Im getting rid of him period." He speed off as the house begins to fall in the distance

"What did he know? Why did you kill him? Whats at the docks?" I grew impatient as he ignored my questions and focused on the road, "Naruto."

"A sword. Well i dont need the sword just the blade. The handles not important. Someone blood is on the blade, and so is mine, if the police link that with Kakashi's death ill be executed for sure."

I got lost the minute he stared talking, "why would you be link-

"BECAUSE I KILLED HIM! I KILLED KAKASHI, I KILLED HIS LAWYER, I KILLED HIS AUNT, BUT SHE PUT UP A FIGHT AND CUT MY BACK A FEW TIME." he pulled over to the side of the road, "i ran from you because i was going crazy. I didnt want to drag you down with me. But now." He smiles and glances over at me "now your stuck with me."

The week went by easily. I barely talk to people so they shouldn't suspect anything.

But inside was a whirl pool of guilt, fear and sorrow. He had a family. He was killed in cold blood, no second thoughts. And what if that Hime girl doesn't keep her promise.

Where did he get the money to give 12 employees 100 grand each. 

"Mr. Uchiha, you have a guest." My Secretary says as she opens my door

2 men, police men walk into my office and i immediately stand up and feel my heart drop.

"Gentle men." I greet them

"Mr. Uchiha." They tilt their head as a greeting

"What brings you here? I though i got rid of the vandals." I sit down at my desk and grab my phone and begin to text Naruto

I can't text him completely because the cops can pull back phone records.

"Actually we were informed that you went of a vacation last week to a town a few miles away. A man was mudered at a bar you visited." Cop 1 said pulling out some photos of me leaving the bar with Naruto

"Ah yea." I reply. How did they get those? They files are suppose to be gone. Fuck what do i say?

"The man thats with you. Could you identify him?" Cop 2 says

I begin to text Naruto

Our lunch date. Your running late. Text me when your close. I wont accept no for an answer. -sasuke

"Ahhhmmm actually no, i can't. I was drunk when i left, i met him in the club, and i let him take me home." I reply and organize some papers

"You let a stranger take you home, from a bar, in a 20,000 dollar car?" Cop 1 leans back and cocks his eye brow

"Are you against gays? If a guy can take a girl home why can he take a guy home?" I lean over my desk, faking an offended face

"Oh. No, sorry sir i we offended you." Cop 2 says and cop 1 agrees

"So, this man-

"Look you came into my office questioning my sexual preferences, then acted like you never head of gays, i dont remember his name. I was wasted and im sorry if i had fun on my vacation. I dont know anything else now if thats all, please leave." I snap and hold open the door

"Again sir were sorry." Cop 2 says as he walks out, with Cop 1 following

"If you dont mind, what hotel did you check into." Cop 1 asks not giving up

"Im still in the closet, so we did it in my car on the side of highway 25. If you want to check my car im sure there still cum in the backseat."

"No, thank you. Thats all." Cop 2 smiles and pulls cop 1 away

My phone vibrates on the desk and i immediately run to it..

You better not tell anyone about us. I dont wanna cause a fuss in the media, meet me at Crunch Cafe in 20 minutes

I grab my jacket and begin to run to the cafe, taking the stairs avoiding the cameras and the police.

This was exciting.
