"It's a long...long story." Beatrix spoke up, taking the bloody gloves off and throwing them away, "And to be frank...we don't even understand all of it."

Brock did the same, going to stand next to Brian. "So your friend will be okay. As long as she doesn't tear her stitches."

Evan tilted his head, watching the girls interaction with each other. "Ohm please take Belle to a room and let her rest. You all," He pointed at them, "Have a lot. And I do mean a lot. Of explaining to do."

From the outside driving up the house hadn't seemed so large, but walking from where they had all been crammed into one room, Beatrix realized they were moving to rooms that shouldn't physically be possible to be in the house. She tested her luck, getting a bit closer to Brock.

"Either we've entered the TARDIS or there's more to this house than one's able to see outside." He smiled, running a hand through his hair.

"The part you'd see outside is the basics, so if anyone were to come in - accidental or not - it'd be a normal house. Majority of it is under ground, our rooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, medic bay, whatever really." She nodded, studying Tammy's rigged form, feeling the anger radiating off of her.

Brock tilted his head, "What's with your friend?"

She sighed. "Long story." The group of them walked through an open dome, a dark blue chandelier above them lighting up the room.

Melissa studied the place, surprised at how large it was, how expensive it looked but, how cozy it felt. She snorted silently, muttering under her breath. "Color schemes just scream gang don't they?"

Evan motioned to the couch and chairs, "We have time for a long story." Looking to Eve she followed suit as she sat, the others copying.

"Like we've said - it's a...long story. We don't even fully comprehend it and we're apart of it. You may find some parts hard to believe but..." Eve sighed, Melissa patting her hand.

"Start with who you work with." Brian suggested, leaning against the wall opposite the couch.

"We work for the government." Lola answered, watching with no emotion as the guys stood straighter, hands twitching to the weapons they possessed, "And not by how you think. The government is...corrupted. More than the public knows or even thinks. We happen to be a group of expendables, trained how they need and want that take care of the dirty work no one can know about."

"What so, the government recruits some drop outs with no life ahead of them?" Tyler asked, rolling his eyes.

"No. This...project has been going on for decades. It's just gotten more...advanced. Many government officials, either in trouble with their bosses, getting too old or just losing their touch are paired together. They are forced to have a child - or multiple children in some cases - to work for the government before they're even born. After the child is born both parents are killed. We are six examples of those children." Melissa stated, eye contact with Evan not faltering.

"What the fuck?" Delirious muttered.

"That's not...the craziest part either." Beatrix sighed.

"There's more fucked up shit to the government's personal human mill?" Craig asked, eyebrows furrowed together.

"Oh there's a...lot more. Why we're telling you this is beyond me but we've just killed like, ten of our higher rankings so we've probably got some sort of death warrant on our heads so who gives a flying fuck right?" Tammy laughed sarcastically, rubbing her face before continuing.
