I have to say, I am much more happy with the Civil War transcript than the Age of Ultron one. They come from the same website, but Civil War is much, much better. There wasn't much in the Lagos fight, but the action for this chapter was pretty detailed about what happened when.

Less watching for me, which meant more writing for me - and that's a good thing, since I couldn't watch the fight while on the airplane. XD

Enjoy chapter five!

Steve was the first in the apartment Sharon had told them about, in full Captain America regalia, his shield on his arm. Martha was behind him in a standard SHIELD catsuit and Kevlar vest, gun in hand. She checked the other doors as Steve did an inventory of the room: disheveled covers on the mattress, cheap furniture, kitchen rarely used. He walked up to the fridge, spotting a battered notebook on top. He had opened it and was flicking through pages, noting the colors sticking out, when the comms clicked. "Heads up, Cap, Martha," Sam said. "German Special Forces approaching from the south."

"Understood," Steve responded.

"Steve?" Martha said quietly.

He turned, straightening when he saw Bucky standing in the doorway, absolutely silent. He didn't make a move towards them . . . but he wasn't moving to kill them either, which was a good sign in Steve's book. "Do you know me?" Steve asked, walking forward.

"You're Steve," Bucky answered. "I read about you in a museum."

"They've set the perimeter," Sam warned.

"I know you're nervous," Steve told Bucky. "And you have plenty of reason to be, but you're lying."

"I wasn't in Vienna," Bucky said instantly. "I don't do that anymore."

"They've entered the building!" Sam called.

"Copy," Martha said quietly.

"Well, the people who think you did are coming here now," Steve warned. "And they're not planning on taking you alive."

"That's smart," Bucky smirked. "Good strategy."

"They're on the roof! I'm compromised!"

Martha looked at Steve worriedly, and he swallowed. "This doesn't have to end in a fight, Buck."

"It always ends in a fight," Bucky shook his head.

"Five seconds!" Sam called.

"You pulled me from the river," Steve reminded Bucky. "Why?"

"I don't know."

"Three seconds!"

"You hesitated," Martha whispered.

"Yes, you do," Steve told Bucky.

"Breach! Breach! Breach!"

A grenade sailed in through the window, which Bucky quickly kicked to Steve. He set his shield on top of it, blocking the blast. Something slammed into the door, making Martha back up, aiming her gun towards the door. Bucky lifted the mattress, shielding himself and Martha from splinters, before taking the table and blocking the door. The special forces soldiers swung in through the windows, Steve pulling the rug out from underneath one of them. Bucky grabbed the other and slammed him into the wall. "Buck, stop!" Steve shouted. "You're gonna kill someone!"

"Steve!" Martha cried as Bucky slammed Steve to the ground.

Bucky punched with his metal arm, but he broke through the floor. "I'm not gonna kill anyone," he told Steve, pulling out a backpack. He tossed it out the window as the door broke down, cops pouring in and firing rapidly.
