The three of us jump into a taxi and giggle and talk only about what our dream dresses look like. We stop at the biggest and best store we can find. We get out of the car and run into the store arm in arm. We run around like dogs grabbing any dresses in our size. We run into the large dressing room and starts strapping into our dresses. We each find one that makes us gasp.
Sam finds one that is grey and bedazzled with grey shoes and a beautiful silver mask. Maddie finds a blue dress with flower petal like garnishes. She finds strappy, bedazzled shoes. A silver diamond mask finds its way into her outfit perfectly. I find a short, black, gotten dress. A black mask and black, strapped heels. We all look good and our prices show it. We pay and go back to the house to try out makeup looks. The taxi driver is obviously relieved to get the three squealing girls out of his car and so we tip him well. We run inside and take over Dan's bathroom. Make up is every where butMaddie and I settle finally and Sam decides against makeup for the ball. That's cool too. We both look beautiful but will not let the boys see us until the night o the ball.
The next two days pass so quickly I can't handle it. Then we have 2 hours to get ready.
