"We're here." Mr. Wristband announced as he paid the fare for the taxi and led me outside. I muttered a 'thank you' at the driver and the taxi drove off.
"Say, Mr. Wristband." I called.
"Hm?"
"What does Namsan Tower looks like?"
He was silent for a moment. "Uhm... It looks tall and bright and it's like a small tower on top of a hill."
"On top of a hill? So does that mean we're on a high peak?" I questioned.
"Uh, not yet. We need to ride a cable car first before we reach there." He explained. "It's this way."
His hand connected with mine and he lead me to where the cable cars where located. Judging by the heavy sets of footsteps and senses of presence everywhere, there must be a lot of people.
He paid for the ticket and we rode the cable car together. I felt the car shake indicating that it has started to move which made me fall out of the seat and nearly falling face first on the cable car floor but thanks to Mr. Wristband's fast reflexes, he supported me just in time.
"Thanks," I brushed by my clothes and immediately sat down and felt for something to hold. "Is there a pole or something that I can hold on to? I might fall down again because this ride is hella shaky."
"Sadly, there's no pole that you can hold unto," Mr. Wristband stated, making me pout. "But, you can hold on to me."
"Wha—"
He moved closer to me and made me hold onto his arms. I felt my heart skip a beat and heat coming up to my cheeks once again. What the hell is happening to me?
"Don't worry, I won't let go of you."
Awkward silence filled up our whole journey to the Namsan Tower, but I admit, it was one shaky but comfortable journey.
