The Stirrer is the type of person who loves to create drama regardless of the circumstance or people. They always have a piece of 'information' which they know will cause arguments among people, and they always happen to let this information 'slip'. Whoops.
Whenever this person is called out on their actions they play the victim and claim that they had 'no idea' that them spreading rumours would end in lots of drama. Unfortunately they are usually bad liars, and everyone can see through them trying to climb out of the hole they've dug themselves.
