You can always count on the fact that The Traveller has just come back from some country you didn't know existed. You always see them perfectly tanned, rocking a mishmash of clothing they picked up on their travels, and usually telling someone about hiking in Nepal or diving in Malaysia.
You never know how they afford to travel so much, or how they can pack everything into one rucksack. No matter how hard you try, you'll always be jealous of their stories from the Caribbean or Thailand. But you like to live vicariously through their stories, and you never have a dull dinner or party when you're with them. Plus they like to take things back for you to have, so at least you have enough fridge magnets with countries on them to last a lifetime.
