There's always one isn't there? Always one person who flaunts their wealth for all the world to see, not seeing how stupid they look most of the time. That's how you actually distinguish the really rich people from only the 'rich' people; actually rich people tend to be the least conspicuous ones and don't tend to show off their money. But The Rich One is just about as gaudy as they get and you're forever hearing about their last holiday or last birthday present.
They can be extremely irritating sometimes without them even realising it, mainly because you feel like they're constantly showing off. Bragging. Boasting. Most of the time they have good intentions, and aren't trying to make other people feel bad. They don't really have much self-awareness.
