"How can you even eat that much?" Noah laughs as we walk out of my favorite restaurant of all time, Sagebrush. I had eaten a whole box of cheese fries, while Noah barely finished half of his box.
"I guess it's just my fast metabolism. I can eat like a cow and barely gain a pound." I return, unlocking my car and getting in. Noah followed suit and got in the passenger seat.
"I have never seen a girl eat of that in front of somebody without getting embarrassed." He says truthfully as I pulled out of the parking lot. Well obviously this boy has been hanging around the wrong girls.
"Well I'm not like other girls," I say, giving him a small smile. Noah looked into my grey eyes and smiled. "I can see that."
We drove silent for a little bit. We had about another 20 minutes before we reached the house he gave me directions to. I looked over to see those blue eyes staring back at me. He held my gaze, a smirk playing on his lips. I felt my face heat up and I turned away.
"What are you staring at?" I ask sheepishly. His response made my blush deepen.
"Just at how beautiful you are." I wasn't expecting that. I try and say something, but the huge lump in my throat stopped me.
For the rest of the way to his friends house, I could feel his eyes on me. I was silent after what he said, not knowing what to say. Once we reached our destination, I stopped upfront, but Noah didn't get out.
"OK so I'm pretty sure this is the part where you get out Greene." I laugh. I sobered up once I saw his look. It was like he was trying to figure me out. Noah suddenly snapped out of his stare and opened the car door.
"I'll see you later Sanders." He says, stepping out and walking up to the front door. I drove off, thinking of the way he was looking at me. That boy was something else.
"Where have you been?" Mom questioned me as soon as I stepped into the house. When did she get back? I pulled my phone out and checked the time. It was almost Two AM. 12 was my curfew on the weekends. Oops.
"I was out with Noah. I didn't realize it was this late mom. I'm sorry." I say, putting on my best innocent face. My mom would usually be easy on me considering I'm the youngest.
"Olivia that's not going to cut it. I was told that you just left earlier and wouldn't return any calls or messages. Is that true?" She asks. She wasn't here when I did that.
"Who told you that?" I ask. I notice a guilty looking Ally sitting in the living room looking at me. It was her. I could tell by the way she was looking at me. How the he-
"Olivia! I asked a question. Now answer it." I was too focused on Ally to answer my mom.
"You told her didn't you?" I yell at her, blood boiling in my veins. After all the things she's put me through over the years she wants to tell on me for that?
"Yes Liv I told her but it was because I was worried. You weren't answering or anything." I laughed at that.
"Bullshit! Why weren't you caring back then? Why do you actually want to act like a sister now? You've hated me all these years and now you want to act like you give two shits about me?" I shout, causing Brooke and Emma come to the top of the stairs.
