"You should go to sleep now Alice." he says kissing my forehead. I stayed quiet for a while, the room going along with the silence. Pulling the blanket close to my chest, I realized I forgot to tell dad something!

It was all about that rude boy, who ugh! See, I don't get a lot of friends... I don't really have friends at all! All the kids in our place, are either scared, or too disgusted to even make friends with me. And I know I make my mom and dad feel bad about it, making them think 'why couldn't my daughter be this, or be th- ugh!'

"Dad about the whole ghost exaggeration I'm sorry for embarrassing both of you."

"Look it's not that bad, you're a kid and you make mistakes." He tucks my hair behind my ear. I know they want a kid like Kim. Perfectly normal.

"You can make a million mistakes as long as you learn from it. Okay?"

"Okay."

"-Well what about that new boy, who rejected my offer?" I sat up, clearly angry.

"You keep it on the table till he takes it." That's unfair. Unfair, unfair, unfair!

"That's not right!" I huffed and crossed my arms.

"So is being an island."

"An island?"

"You know, that old 'No man is an island', I suggest you be a star." Dad gives me that same understanding smile
"A bright star, has many other star friends. They're friendly, whether they're bright or not so bright, big or small, when the fingers connect it to another they become something beautiful. Sometimes the brightest stars are overpowered by the weak constellations, but it can shine brighter along with the others. Just like you, you cannot be and do your best each day, if you are alone." I just nodded, even if I do not fully understand how to do it. And then the lamp was off, and I was dragged towards my dreams.
...
......
.........

"Alice come down, breakfast is ready!"

Breakfast?... I don't wanna wake up now.

Nope. I must wake up. Yesterday was horrible I didn't like sitting across those kids. I wish I was just sitting with the adults not with these monkeys. Even the four-eyed monster didn't enjoy the party,he's probably being selfish with his library. Anywhooo I have to go downstairs, but before that I must fix my hair. It's annoying.

"Good Morning guys!" I smell bacon and egg. I take a seat and I'm struggling to reach until dad carried me up.

"I hear Alice is befriending the new guy."

"No, no no no no. He is boring!"

"C'mon!" He teases and my mom cuts in.

"Did you apologize to him?" Yes, if he wasn't being a douche!

"Yes I said sorry."

"Good." Food at last! Now for some energy so I can continue painting my space station.
Last year dad and I decided to create a space station. It was down the lake and we promised it's a secret base no one will know. The materials are made of.

Wait for it......

Wood! and some pieces of garbage... But who cares! Right after this I'm gonna go there.

"Ally I'm gonna have to go to work now."

"And I shall go to my own work too Captain." I replied.

As I was walking down the street with my wheelbarrow filled with junk, all of the kids that I've passed by stared at me like I was a .

Ignore those idiots! My mind tells me but it still seems like someone is watching me... Even when I went down the lake...

I gotta stop this madness.

"Building.Painting..." I have a bad habit of saying what I'm going to do, especially when I'm nervous. With one last look at the back,

I zoom nearer and saw a...

A shadow...

Alice prepare for anything that might happen, carry a.. a brick!

I'll get you now!

"Aha!" it's that Harry again!

"You. Again?!" What is it with him.

"What's your problem with me?" he asks directly.

"More like, what's your problem with me!" I spit.

"I don't know you're the one who's been calling me a monster!"

"Excuse me! You're the one who's being a creep! And by the way I apologized!" I pointed at his chest. He struggled to find the words, ha not so smart now are we?

"Well... I didn't even do anything in the first place!" he comes nearer.

Breathe in... Be friendly...

"Okay... I'm sorry... again." I roll my eyes. "As a peace treaty would you help me paint this space thing?"

"A space station?Hmph!" he laughs. "This isn't a space station it's a treehouse!" jerk!

"It will be... soon. Now do you want to help or what?" The paint brush stays hanging for a while. Then he finally grabbed it.

"Fine... Let's paint this so called space shuttle."

"Shut up." he does as I instruct.

"We haven't made some stairs so you, are gonna pull this so I can finish the top." I showed him the pulley. Yes we don't have stairs.

"How do I get to the top?"

"Dad and I will make stairs... soon."

"But for now you'll be staying at the bottom, no slacking! Lets go!go! go!"

He groans "What's that I hear?"

"Nothing." he says while fixing his glasses.

I went in the makeshift transportation, and slowly the ride goes up.

"Faster!" I shouted.

"Stop being demanding! I'm not the strongest kid alive." he whines. "Why am I even the one doing this?! I don't have enough force."

"Don't ask yourself you even got the force to push me down." note the sarcasm. C'mon we're not even making progress!

"I can't do it any longer!"

"Just hold on we're getting close!" maybe some encouraging words will motivate him. We're a little close up there.

"Owph" the rope pulls back and it fell. I fell! I can feel the grass, but still I can't seem to open my eyes. Please don't tell me I'm paralyzed cause I don't wanna end up being a Stephen Hawking! What if I'll look like Stephen with his wheelchair! This is awful!
