The Guild...

Gajeel was causally sitting back and chilling out in the FairyTail guildhall, munching on iron as Levy McGarden was rambling on and on about something. A book? He didn't know, he dozed off a while ago. Gajeel heard someone calling his name.

"Juvia is calling you, Gajeel!" Levy shoved him and pointed at someone who he assumed was Juvia from behind.

Gajeel turned around as Juvia stopped in front of him, obviously out of breath. "If you're looking for that ice prick, he's not here." Gajeel said, swallowing his iron.

"No, no! Juvia's not looking for Gray-Sama. She needs to speak to you. Alone." Juvia said with a determined look on her face.

Gajeel eyed her. Gajeel could see behind this confident exterior that she was freaking out. He knew her better than anybody else. He groaned and stood up. "I'll be back, Levy." He said as he followed Juvia,.

Once they were outside, Juvia pulled Gajeel to the side of the guild to prevent anybody from hearing them, then pulled out the brick from her side purse."I eat iron, not rock, Juvia." He crossed his arms.

"Juvia hopes that that was Gajeel-Kun's attempt at a joke." She rolled her eyes. "Look you, idiot!" Juvia said turning the brick over, showing Gajeel the Phantom Lord insignia.

"This brick was thrown into Juvia's room last night. She saw the shadow of somebody fleeing." Juvia explained.

Gajeel threw his head back and laughed. "It could obviously be a joke. Phantom Lord was destroyed a long time ago." Gajeel said as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Juvia was about to smack him upside the head until she heard someone speak up.

"What about Phantom Lord?" Gajeel and Juvia quickly turned around to find Gray peering around the corner. "What are you guys doing back here?"

"Gray-Sama!" Juvia exclaimed.

"Nothin's going on. Mind your own business, freak" Gajeel turned to Juvia, "Don't worry, it's nothing. Go drink some water or something." Gajeel shoved Gray as he left back to the guildhall.

"So stubborn..." Juvia mumbled as she began to bite on her nails, a nervous habit.

"Juvia, what's going on?" Gray asked.

"Nothing. Juvia just wanted to go on a job with Gajeel-Kun, but he's so stubborn. She'll be fine. Juvia will catch up you later." Juvia said. "Look! A plane!" Juvia pointed behind Gray.

"What's a plane?" As soon as Gray turned around, Juvia threw the brick as far away as she she could. "I didn't see this, 'plane'..." Gray turned back to see Juvia was gone. For the first time, Juvia had left him.
