Save Me From Myself: Rhink Fanfic!

~Sorry I'm Late~

Hello people, THIS IS MY FIRST FANFIC EVER BTW and it's terrible, i really tried hard on this but im just not good at righting .. or spelling, the reason why i am righting this fanfic is because i had an awesome rhink dream about this and thought that i should share it, i hope its okay to read.. i would be interested to see how bad this is or if i should even carry on with this story. Oh and just a warning, English is not my first language so sorry if some parts dont make sense lol... ANY WHO LETS GET READING.. AND ONCE AGAIN.... THANKYOU!!!!

It was the worst year in Links whole life so far, him and Christy had been fighting more and more, he was finding it hard to cope. Christy was abusive to link, she was a narcissist, didn't care about link one  bit. Christy would pretend to be sad to so link would spend all his time with her, and this was impacting rhetts relationship with Link too. The only time link would get out the house was shooting GMM episodes, then he would go straight home. The same old thing everyday: get up, make Christy breakfast/talk, kiss her, go to work/fake a smile, go home eat, give Christy attention, sleep repeat. It had been over 4 months since this had been playing out and Link didn't know how much more he could take.

Links phone was vibrating on the coffee table, It was 6:42am. He slowly opens his eyes with anger and sadness "Let me sleep through this please!" Link thought to himself, but then quickly answers the phone to Rhett. "Hey buddy you ready? I'm outside." Rhett asked. Links heart started beating rapidly realising the time, he was already late 3 times this week and he didn't want Rhett getting worried. "I-i need the bathroom be there in 5" his tired voice forced out, he hadn't even washed yet and his hair was a total mess. "Link why are you whispering? You never whisper to me on the phone." Rhett asked in a concerned voice. " Uhm.. I cant wake up Christy I forgot to make her breakfast today." Links voice was shaky. Rhett laughed thinking how ridiculous that sounded " What's she gonna do, kill you?!" he chuckled.

Links breathing became heavier " N-n-NO i just feel bad making breakfast for myself and not her!" Link lied, he hadn't eaten since lunch yesterday. He also didn't realize that he raised his voice until he heard creaking of the bedroom floorboards upstairs.. CHRISTY. " eer yeah I will be out in 3 mins bye!" Link hung up as fast as he could as he forced on the screwed up clothes on the floor from yesterday, "shit" he whispered under his panicked breath. One quick attempt at making himself look presentable in the mirror, grabbed his shoes; not even socks and ran out the door shouting to Christy just as she walked down stairs "Bye honey i'm sorry!!" out of fear.

The cold morning air filled links lungs making him get a shiver down his spine. Everything he did felt like he was doing it i slow motion, he opened the the car door and slid into his seat.

"Jeez what took you so long Link? you said you'd be 3 minuts." Rhett seemed to be quite impatient from the look on his face, probably from Link being late three times in 1 week. Suddenly his face changed to shock as Link turned his head to look at him, " oh uhm Link are you okay?" Link could hear the regret in rhetts voice for being annoyed at him. "Dont worry Rhett it's my fault.. i stayed up too late last night on the laptop" The raven haired man said putting on a fake laugh praying in his head that Rhett would just leave it at that, But no "So what about the past 3 days then? where you watching something then?" The taller man said putting link on the spot, " Theres no need to be worried Rhett Im fine! " Link again forced a smile again. "Okay then, but you could have at least got knew clothes out the closet, I know those are from yesterday" Rhett raised his eyebrow " How could I get clothes from the closet if I was sleeping dow- ..." Link felt like punching himself in the face, he cupped his shaky hands over his face in frustration, Rhett pulled the car over.
