Rhetts POV: I was so relieved that link didn't have a panic attack or anything, he only seemed to be a little tense.. But if I were in his shoes, I would be too.
I decided to cook fajitas for me and link, something different for a change.
As I was waiting for the chicken to fry, I poked my head round the corner of the kitchen to check on link.
Was link talking to himself?! He was on the sofa curled up in a ball whispering into his knees.
"hey link.. Who are you talking to?" I tried to hide my look of being scared, and as soon as he heard my voice he jumped and said "Nothing...N-no one.." he started to scratch his scars again, and that's when I remembered that I needed to give him his medication! I had totally forgotten!

Links POV: I saw rhett run back into the kitchen when he saw me, but I don't know why. "look at you arms you freak! That's why he ran away from you!!!" The voices Don't fucking stop! They know exactly how to make me have an outbreak and use it against me! I look down at my arms, and I was scratching them again, I tried to pull my arms away, but it was like the voices were controlling them.
My nails went deeper into my skin and I was wincing at the pain.
"You like this don't you" the voice was tormenting me, "NO NO NO YOU ARE MAKING ME DO THIS STOP STOP STOP!!!!!!!!! SHUT UP!!!! WHY ARE YOU HERE AGAIN!?!?!!?! JUST GO AWAY!!!!" I was so fed up with it! That voice that I hadn't heard for years was back.
My eyes were closed so tight it hurt, my jaw clenched shut with anger. The next thing I felt were two hands grab my shoulders, I wasn't thinking. I got up and shoved it as hard as I could.
I opened my eyes only to see that it was rhett, though he wasn't the one falling, it was me.
When I shoved him, he managed to grab on to the mantle piece, whereas I on the other hand fell straight onto the floor. It went black for a few seconds, but then I opened my eyes to see rhett holding my body. His voice was muffled, but it slowly came for me to understand. "Link? Linky? Can you hear me baby?" he sounded so concerned.
"I-i can hear you.. S-sorry rhett.." I said as I tried to stand up, but rhett once again picked me up and put me back on the couch.
"hey don't say sorry, it's not your fault, I-i forgot to give you your medicine which is meant to stop you from having these panic attacks." Rhett looked pretty shaken up from seeing me like that so I tried to act like I wasn't hurt or anything.

Rhetts POV: I could see links hands shaking loads, but then he Sat on them.. Obviously so I couldn't see.
I popped out two pills for anxiety and two for depression, I watched as he swallowed all of them one by one. Soon, he started to relax. That's when I thought it was time to look at his arms, I'm not a very squeamish person, but seeing links bloody cuts did make me feel pretty woozy.
I grabbed the first aid kit from the bathroom.
When I opened it I saw dried blood in it. Where did this come from? Then I looked for the bandages but they were gone too! Everysingle one.
I added up that it was probably link, because I could smell a slight amount Bleach as well in there. I sighed, then I decided to use a cloth for now and call Jessie who was at the shops with the kids.
"link can you give me your arms please?" I ask as nicely as I can. He looks up at me with teary eyes, "There is n-no way.." he stutters out, I didn't now what to say. "I'm sory link.. What?" he takes off his glasses suddenly looking frustrated, "There is no way I can live with them.. -t-their back Rhett!" I can see him boiling up with anger, "Link please explain.. Who is back?! Who?!" my heart started to race again, why aren't the pills working as they should?! "THE VOICES! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" He shouts at the top of his lungs, I grab his arms as he starts to thrash around. My hands are now covered in his blood as they are squeezing his cuts, I let go instantly knowing that was hurting him.. Not that he realised as he was in another world screaming and shouting his head off.
I honestly didn't know what to do, the pills only worked for about 10 minutes, and I thought he might be capable of hurting me If I went close, the only thing I thought to do was to, "LIIIIINNNNNKKKKK!!!!!!!!" I shouted to try and snap him out of this 'trance'
Link stopped, and slowly looked up at me,
"Link isn't here, link hates you. Fuck off. You always are the strong one aren't you, look what you did to him Rhett. Look at his ugly fat weak body." he said smiling.
My mouth was open with pure shock.
Link has really gone crazy.. No he hasn't, he is fine! I say it to my self over and over, he's fine, he's fine, he's fine." Link, come on I know youre in there, I know you love me, and youre so so so strong and beautiful!" remember when we were young and you grabbed my hand when I fell down that hill?.. You held me there, you said you would never let go, and you didn't, you freaking pulled me up with your bare hands!! Link I'm here look at me in the eyes.
He looked up at me again, but his face changed. It changed to a sad face, he started crying and hugged me so tight.
I held him like he were my new born child, safe in my arms.
"I love you Rhett! I-i I'm so so sorry it said that to you! What's wrong with me?!!" he sobbed into my shoulder for over 3 hours on the couch and i just rubbed his back in circular motions while whispering "You're perfect, you're amazing, you're mine." on repeat.
I looked at the time, 1:00am.
Soon I hear the familiar sound of light breathing, it was link fast asleep on my shoulder, looking so peaceful unlike the monster that took over him today.
I took a deep breath.
Now he was asleep, I let go of my emotions. I silently cried into my hands as link slept on my lap.
I was so overwhelmed, my heart had shattered from seeing my love like that.. Speaking of love.. Where's Jessie? I thought, suddenly getting worried, I pull out my phone from my pocket ever so gently not to wake link.

My forehead started to sweat.. What if something happened?!
I quickly unlocked my phone and read the texts,
*Rhett, I have taken the kids to stevies house, I heard link having some kind of attack in there or something. They have already seen enough. Love you honey, take good care of link xx*

I text her back, somewhat relieved that she was okay
*Hey Jessie, we're okay now.. Today was ruff, links pretty bad but he is asleep now xx I'm gonna call the therapist in the morning to sort it out.
Thanks for understanding about the kids.. It was good they didn't see that. Love you xx see you tommorow*
I looked at links arms and saw that they were starting to scab up, I didn't bother putting the cloth on it. Soon I felt my eyelids were getting heavy and before I knew it I was fast asleep leaning on link.
