Rhett and link had travelled back to Jessie's house to get all of Rhett's belongings, though link stayed at Jessie's while Rhett got links things as he didn't want anything to remind him of Christy, they saw their kids finally instead of having only phone calls home to them every other day, they were thrilled to see their fathers.

Once they had gotten back to their new house, they began to unpack all their belongings while talking about the future, "I'm glad Jessie had calmed down with me, she said she still wants to be friends and she saw us as a couple from the beginning." Rhett said while putting things in cupboards. "Yeah you know after she apologised to me for shouting I actually feel kind of bad for hating her." Link put cushions on the couch and sat down, looking tired from all the unpacking and cleaning they had been doing. Rhett joined him, and they cuddled while watching Netflix for about 2 hours.

At some point, the two started making out. This time not being as careful with their actions, link nearly on top of Rhett, rubbing his hand on his chest.
