Okay, now I'm regretting the fact na pumayag akong makipag-date. Mostly sa kanila ay gusto lang maging connected sa Evardome family. Hassle talaga. At ang nakakainis pa ay may date na naman ako with Alfred mamayang gabi. According to my reliable sources, its seems that he's gonna ask me to be his girlfriend tonight dahil ang pinareserve niyang place ay isang romantic na lugar.

"Ang boring mo talaga. Dapat surprise yun di ba?" Sabi ni Natalia nang maikwento ko sa kanya kung anong plano ni Alfred mamaya. Wala akong work today because sabi ni Alfred magpahinga daw ako so me and Natalia decided to have lunch. You know this girl, she has a lot of free time.

"Edi nagulat ako."

"Tanga, surprise nga eh." Sabi niya then maya maya ay nilabas niya yung phone siya and started texting.

"Hoy, ano na naman yan? Bago mo?" I asked. She doesn't usually bring out her phone except if its a guy. And she's not into phones kaya nga galit na galit nung marami daw nagtetext sa kanya because of me.

"Hmm, not really. New friend, yes." Sagot niya. "Kamusta naman kayo  ni Zade?"

"What? Kailan pa nagkaroon ng kami?"

Paano na naman napunta yung usapan sa lalaking iyon? Lately, kapag nagkikita kami ni Natalia, she always asks about Zade. I can't help but conclude na baka may gusto nga si Zade sa'kin? But when I think about it, its impossible. Pero yung yung pinaparating, hindi lang ni Natalia, pero pati nang mga kaibigan ni Zade.

"Hoy, ang arte mo. Don't you think its about time you consider him?"

"Why would I consider him eh wala naman siyang sinasabing may gusto siya sakin?"

Right? Yes, medyo feeler ako because I assume a lot pero dahil yun sa nakikita ko sa tao, kagaya nalang kay Alfred. Zade's different. He might or might not like him.

"So kapag may sinabi siya, okay na?"

"Wala akong sinabing ganyan."

"Whatever." Then she made the 'W' sign. "I have to inform someone tuloy."

After our lunch, I went back to the mansion to prepare for tonight's 'surprise'. I opted for a floor length dress with an off-shoulder sleeve. Meron pa naman akong tatlong oras before the dinner so I just pampered myself, watched some movies, and thought of ways to annoy Zade, kidding.

Speaking of him, bakit nga ba walang girlfriend yung lalaking iyon? I'm not praising him or anything but with his looks and his name, he could get the most beautiful woman here. And yet, he's using his time to work work work, not that its a bad idea, kasi ganun din naman ako. Maybe we're actually a bit similar. All we think about is work.

"Where are you going?" He asked nang mapadaan ako sa harap niya.

"Dinner with my boss." Sagot ko.

"Want me to drive you there?" He offered. I eyed him na baka may binabalak siya. Bakit naman niya ako ihahatid, huh? "Look at you. Don't tell me you're planning to get a taxi, wearing.. that."

I looked at myself then I realized, oo nga. Its not appropriate for me to use a taxi. Well, hindi na ako magpapakipot pa. And maybe, baka marealize niya na may gusto talaga siya sakin once he drops me off at our meeting place and maybe finally admit it para matapos na 'tong weird feeling inside me. Ayoko ng confusion.

"Tara." I said then started walking towards the garage.

He chose his black BMW sedan. Wow, hindi siya pasikat sa kotse ngayon ah. He usually use his flashy sports cars. Whatever, basta makarating ako dun sa place then whatever car is okay. Anyway, my promotion depends on this date. The thing that I am worrying about is if I really did reject Alfred, our work might get affected and I wouldn't like that. But I'm sure Alfred knows this so bahala siya kung ano man ang mangyari.
