Kagome's POV

I sigh as I set in the living room of Songo's house. Songo and Miroku are setting on the opposite couch next to each other. Me and Inuyasha decided that it would be best if I told them the news about us being together. For the past day Songo has been giving me worried looks and I think she is suspecting that something is going on between me and Inuyasha and there is but that's not the point! the point is I want them to hear it from me and not someone else.

I sigh and since I can't stop fidgeting I stand up. I don't know why it's hard to tell them but I felt like it would change our friendship. I take a deep breath and decide to go head and say it.

"Me and Inuyasha are dating." I rush out but not too fast since I didn't want to repeat myself. I bite my lip as I wait for their reactions. Miroku smirks like he already knew this and Songo's face lights up in an ecstatic smile.

"I knew you would end up together!" she exclaims happily as I feel strong arms that can only belong to Inuyasha wrap around my waist. I turn in his arms to smile at him but he suddenly lifts me up and his lips crash to mine when I gasp. He was kissing me right in front of Songo and Miroku!!! I didn't have time to worry about that though because he deepened the kiss and slipped his tongue into my mouth to tangle with mine. I barely suppress a moan as one of his hands leave my thigh to rest on my lower back leaving him holding me up with one hand.

We continue kissing heatedly until we hear a throat clear and a small giggle. I jump and pull back from Inuyasha as my face heats up and I know my face has to be as red as his shirt. He chuckles at my reaction and sits down in a chair. I go to get off him and sit on the other chair but he wraps an arm around me to stop me. I flush even more as I lean back against his chest. Songo grins at me and smacks Miroku in the back of the head when he tries to pull her into his lap.

"Ow! what was that for?!" he complains.

"It's cute when they do it. When you try it your just being a perv." she stated like it was obvious.

"Anyway," she says as she turns back to us, "we have news also."

"Well what is it?" I ask curiously. I was slightly worried because Songo has been acting odd lately.

"Well me and Miroku are getting married." Songo says with a faint blush.

"That's great!" I say happily. Then I see her glance down like she does when she's nervous. "What else?" I say trying to encourage her.

"Well I'm pregnant and we are moving to another house more suited for family." She says quietly. Then she seems to brighten up as she thinks of something.

"Wait! you can live with Inuyasha now! He had plenty of space!" she exclaims excitedly.

"What?!" I am shocked. How did she come up with this?! me and Inuyasha just started going out and now we are going to be living together. But I also have to admit that it sends a thrill of excitement through me at being able to see him every day.

"Well yeah, he has the spare rooms and plenty of space plus his brother lives there." Songo explains as if it's simple.

"So when are you moving out?" Inuyasha inquires curiously.

"Well that's the thing," Miroku starts slowly, "we were supposed to move in two weeks but they were able to lower the cost and we can move in today."
