The Next morning, I woke up snuggled in Lucas' bare chest. At some point, He must've went and gotten Jazmin, Because she was laying on his other side. I reached over and gently traced her chubby cheeks.
After everything that has conspired these past few months. I'm glad to be with the people that matter the most. I sat up, Yawning quietly as I tried my best to keep quiet, But it didn't work...
Lucas' exhale caught my attention. His eyes slowly opened. I couldn't help but smile. His lips curled into a smirk as well. He looked from me to Jazmin who slept soundly. For a brief moment, You could hear her light snores.
"Just like her Daddy"I cheesed. He did the same, Gently pulling me down to him.
"What you got t'do t'day?"He asked quietly. I shrugged. I didn't have any plans...
"Nothin' "I replied simply.
There was a brief moment of silence.
"You wanna go out t'night?" He asked curiously. I looked at him, A bit confused.

"We gon' go out t'night. T'gether, As a family"He smiled. I wasn't going to fight it, He obviously put a lot of thought into it. So I entertained it. Thinking this would be the "night out" we've been waiting on.

I pulled Jazmin up and laid her against my chest as I sat. She'd just gotten out of the bath and she looked so adorable. I quickly put a diaper on her and went into the bedroom. I laid her down on the bed and went to retrieve her outfit.
When I turned around, Lucas had not only come into the room but had found Jazmin on the bed. He leaned over and began playing with her. He blew raspberries on her bare belly. Which caused her to laugh and wiggle hysterically. Lucas looked up as I entered, holding Jaz's clothes. I love them with everything...

Lucas was ready, he'd gotten Jazmin ready. He was watching Jazmin while I got ready.
"Okay! I'm ready" I said, coming out of the bathroom.

I went into the living room where Lucas sat on the couch with Jazmin. He looked up at me, acknowledging and appreciating my entrance. I smiled as I seen the look on his face.
"Jaz, You betta get Mommy, she ain't gon' make it out t'night"He spoke, standing and coming over to me. He held Jazmin with one arm and pulled me close to him with the other.
"Stoppp"I whined, playfully pulling away.
"You'on want this"He smiled.
"I love you"I cheesed, leaning in.
"I love you too"He replied quickly after the kiss.
