It's been only a few days since the new man from the coma woke up. I have heard nothing about him or her yet so I sit in my friend's hospital room waiting patiently for any information. Jooheon too has been excited to find out if this new person is someone we know, perhaps a friend or family.

"Odd you guys think that." Hyuna says while flipping through a magazine. "Oh look, new eyeliners!"

Jooheon sighs loudly, "Well maybe we're connected."

I had not considered that possibility, but it would make some sense as to why neither my friend nor I have been told why we fell asleep for three years. Unsure I look to my doctor in hopes she has input but her face is covered by her long orange strands.

"Hyuna?" I repeat out loud her name, only then does she look up. The clueless expression on her face is one I was not hoping for. "Do you know why we both went into a coma?"

She sighs. "I've already told, information's disclosed. Unfortunately even if I wanted to tell you, I couldn't. Just don't dwell on it dumbos, let it be."

My eyes fall on Jooheon whose looking at her closely, he tells me to let go off the suggestion for he did not mean to bring importance to it. Like they say I do and speak no more of the subject but keep it in mind. To Hoseok I plan on bringing it up but of course in a not so direct way.

"Well I've got to go see a patient. Have fun boys-"

"Can we come?"

Hyuna looks to Jooheon, suprised by his question. "No, it's a checkup and you're strangers-"

"We can keep them company." I speak up. "Maybe they're lonely."

Hyuna disregards us, telling us to quit asking because she's not giving in. I look to Jooheon in defeat but he shakes his head. While Hyuna proceeds to clean up the leftover mess of her lunch, my red headed friend rolls his way to me. He says nothing, only motions his head back.

"See you boys later."

The doctor walks out, her heels clicking on the floor. Jooheon then urges me to take hold of his wheel chair, we are going to follow. I have much more strength now, my muscles are much more capable. Pushing Jooheon is a bit of a struggle at first but nothing I can't handle. We stay far behind our doctor friend until she turns into a room at the end of the hallway.

"Why are we even here!?" I whisper to Jooheon. He holds up his hand for me to shut it so I do. While we stand in the hallway, my eyes dart around nervous. Nothing seems out of place until Hyuna's word reach my ears.

"Since you were asleep for so long-"

"Oh Doctor Kim!" Jooheon yells out. I widen my eyes at his outrages actions but before I can say or do anything, Jooheon starts pushing his wheel chair into the room. I am forced to run right after him and so we are left at display for two pair of eyes. The doctor's and a thin pale man laying on a bed. He had brown hair, light skin and curious orbs as eyes.

"What are you two doing!?" Hyuna stomps towards us. "I told you-"

"You must be who just woke up!" Jooheon cuts her off, he smiles widely for the man. I push him towards the confused man to introduce ourselves. I let him go first, he speaks his name only so I do the same.

"Why are you here?" He asks in his raspy tone. Again Jooheon smiles only, trying to seem as friendly as possible. The man furrows his eyebrows and at that I felt my mind leave reality.

"Oh please! This has to end already!"

"But it was only a peice of metal Mark-"

Mark furrows his eyebrows even deeper, he was not at his happiest and that was not a good thing for us.

"So you see I woke up not too long ago and-"

I press down on Jooheon's shoulder, stopping him from speaking. The man who I had just seen in what appears to be a flash back looks at me. It was him, it was definitely he who I saw.

"Mark."

A soft melody through a low volume fills the room of hard working beings. Around me are people with the same need as me, the need of stronger muscles. Jooheon is finally able move his legs at a pace that isn't painful to watch on the bicycle. His face was of pure pain, one I felt when I was on the same boat.

"It's weird isn't it?"

I look up from the treadmill to Taehyung, the nurse in charge. He smiles at me before averting his attention back to the clipboard in his hand.

"What's weird?"

He shrugs. "Just how fast you and Jooheon seem to be recovering. We usually don't have coma patients here and when we do they're very slow. It's as if you're use to moving your dead bodies."

At the last sentence I slow the machine down. "Dead bodies?"

Taehyung looks up, his face completely blank. He meant it harmlessly, the phrase yet a feeling to it stuck. If anything was werid about it, it was the fact that his phrase didn't sound all that crazy.

"You know since you were asleep everything slowed down, some body parts even shut down. Just an expression, don't dwell on it Hyung. Finish up here so you can go home, Hoseok is done for the day in an hour so you two can go home."

I do just that with a cluttered mind. The new man who'd wakened was one I had memories of, and not very friendly ones. He said nothing after I spoke his name, just stared back curiously. Before Jooheon could ask me any questions we were separated. A nurse pulled us apart and we were each taken to our rooms. Even though Hyuna got us out in time so no more questions were asked, I made a revelation.

The three of us are connected, I just need to find out how.
