Alive II Yoonmin

My weight hits the ground so fast in the motion of running as along with others, I run through the hallways of the hospital. My heart beats in my chest so loudly but it's not from the quick motion. The voice in my head screams for me to move faster, to get there faster. My body urges me to despite the pain it feels. 

"Hansol!" Jooheon screams.

He is first to the reach the room in which our awake friend resides. Mark rushes in next then so do I. The room is not with only the single person we wish to see, doctors and nurses surround the newly awoken young man. They try to stop Jooheon from reaching Hansol but Mark and I don't let them. We push back with force until they have no choice but to release Jooheon. He gets to Hansol first to give him the hug we all wish to give him. 

"You won't have to suffer Sol!" Jooheon cries into the male's shirt. "You can live peacefully brother. We did it!"

The one I fight is Jin but that I only notice when he doesn't fight back. While my eyes shed a tear for my friend, he stopped trying to halt the reunion. He gave in and let me see my awakening friend peacefully. He was looking pale like we all were the day we woke up. His eyes weren't open but he was awake. They must have put him to rest again but this rest wasn't three years long. 

Our reunion is cut short when security arrives in the room and they do what the other's in the room could not. Mark, Jooheon, and I are dragged from the room and sat in a another. The intimidating men that had pulled us away from our friend glared down at us until at last they were sent away by familiar faces. 

Hyuna shook her head at me in a disapproving manner. Jin was behind her looking at us pitiful. Hoseok enters as well silently, someone whose face I can't see comes in as well. They go into the corner of the room to watch everything play out. I meet eyes with Hoseok but he doesn't let his linger, he moves them to anywhere he cannot see my face. I let that be, he isn't my trouble at the moment. 

"It's over." I say to them. "The lies, the hiding, we're done with that."

"We won't let you do it to Sol, he doesn't deserve to live the way we had to, being lied by those we cared about."

Jin steps forward. "I lied because I had to, I was trying to protect you all."

"Protect us!?" I stood from my place. "From what! The worse had been done! I was asleep for three years and lost all my memories, how much worse could things have gotten!"

"You could've done it again!" Jin spat back angrily. "You would have wanted to do it all over again Yoongi! We were protecting you from going back to living so dangerously! Hoseok was trying his hardest to make sure we'd all be happy again but you just couldn't let that happen could you Min Yoongi! Even without knowing you'd manage to ruin things all over again!"

How dare he try to make it seem as if I were in the wrong here. I was the one lied to for over a year as to why I had missed out on three years of my life. No one had dared to tell me what had been my passion in life, what I had been willingly to even die for. Jin nor Hoseok nor anyone had the right to think what had been done was correct for it wasn't. They had not suffered sleepless nights wondering of who they use to be. 

"You had no right! None of you did!" Mark stood up, he was raging. "How dare you all make this seem as if we are at fault!? You wanted to protect us then you should have done it another way! Just one big lie could have saved from many!"

"Selfish is what you all are!" Jooheon cried. "None of you took even a second to think of what you were putting us through-"

"I did." Hoseok spoke up. "This whole lying to you all hasn't been easy, especially for you Min." 

I leave my place and walk right up to him. My eyes are teary but not enough that I can't see him. "Then tell me why the hell you lied to me Hoseok for a whole year." 

"Because I love you! Because I took that sleep as a death, making you waking up the real afterlife! I wanted something better for us Yoongi!" He cried. "I just wanted us to finally live peacefully, is that so bad? Doesn't that sound nice? No hiding, no sneaking around, or lying?"

Hoseok had a point but that point wasn't relevant to me, not at least to who I use to be. The offer in itself sounds like a haven but it couldn't be true. In the end his attempt was a fail for I went and did what he didn't wish for anyway. 

"You lied to me Jung Hoseok. You let me live a lie! Your afterlife isn't mine!" I turn away from him to face the rest, I motion to my brothers, my friends. "Your versions of a better future isn't ours and because of that we've spent over a year wondering. Do you all know what that feels like!? To go through all so much just to learn what those we thought cared about us hid?"

"We do care about you!" Hyuna screams back, tears just falling like a waterfall from both her eyes. "Yoongi we didn't tell you because we care! We didn't want you to go trying again because you didn't think the experiment didn't work-"

"Well it did."

Jimin's three words are enough to shut any sound in the room. It is quiet for those who weren't aware stayed shocked by the news. While they process, Jimin walks over to me and places a hand on my cheek. 

He smiles. "It's over."

I become so indulged in him that I don't see Hoseok come up but I do see as his hands slap away Jimin's. He takes into hand the wrist of Jimin's and pushes him away from me. I yell for him to stop but of course he doesn't. 

"This is all your fault!" Hoseok screams in Jimin's face. "This whole damn thing is your fault! Yoongi would have never fell gone into a coma if you hadn't sent him into one and if that hadn't happened then none of us would be here. We could have others try it and everything would have been fine!"

Jimin glares back, he pushes the other away. "You aren't mad about the fact that I put him to sleep, you're mad because he choose me over you. Even with no memory he found his way back to me and still chose me over you, that Jung Hoseok is why you're mad."

The word pierced right through Hoseok but what hit next was a fist against against flesh.
