" Jason?"
"Hey Grace. Sorry for turning up without texting you"
"Oh I can give you my number if you want?"
"No its fine it was written in your diary along with your address which is how im here"
I blushed. He had read it! I felt like screaming! Aaaaahhhhhhhh im such an idiot!
" I didn't read it you know"
"Really?"
"Yes, I promise. I just found your address at the front so I knew who it belonged to"
"Oh okay thats good. I mean thanks. I mean I wouldn't have minded if you read it. Well I would. I haven't written about you though. I mean thanks"
He smiled letting out a small laugh. His smile engraving itself into my memory.
"That's fine. Anyway you dropped this on your way out"
He handed me a yellow pencil.
"Oh Thanks I would have missed it though"
"I know I just thought it would be a good reason to see you" I felt myself turning a bright shade of blush red.
"Anyway Im going home now you should call by"
"I will I promise! Send me your address"
"I'll text you" Jason said in his husky voice as winked and walked away.
I closed the door and watched him walk down the path. My heart raced. Almost immediately I rang Anna and Rhys on group call and told them what happened.
"Getting yourself a boyfriend are you?" Rhys joked.
"Hey you never know!"
"OoO Grace! I bet he likes you!" Anna replied.
Later that night I was snuggled up into bed. My pillows the perfect backrest to write in my diary. I turned to the front page. There I saw my name and phone number. No address.
I never write my address down in case that bully Ashley finds it.
How did Jason know my address?
That doesn't matter he means well.
""Ring Ding Dong Ring Ding Dong"" My phone rang. Abandoning my thoughts I picked up my phone and read the text.
