We ran without looking back , the fog seemed to get thicker and thicker as we ran. I can't even see things in front of me, only hearing and following my friends from behind. The craking sound faded. We came to a stop under the tree , panting and gasping for fresh air.
"I think we've lost them." I said breathing heavily.
I looked back, all i could see was only fog and trees , no sign of evil ghost dudes. I looked around , we were surrounded by thick trees and bushes. I could only hear the sound of the howling wind.
"So...anyone know where we are ?" I asked. "Kathy ? Is this the place that you want to take us ?"
The three of us looked around , Kathy had a worried look on her face.
"I think we are lost..." She said.
"Lost ? But...i thought you knew the way !" I said feeling anxious.
"I'm not sure if we could make it anymore..."
I am loosing hope, i thought we could never made it to Hawaii and break the curse...but "Kids , you have to believe in yourself. Miracles can happen if only you have faith. So don't give up !" - a "boring"life saving tip from Layla Anderson.
"So what are we going to do now ?" I asked.
"I was about to take you guys to a magic door next to the eastern woods. Now...i guess we should keep walking to the east direction." Kathy said.
"Anyone got a compass ? It would be helpful. " Kathy said.
I'm glad i brought my compass, it would make things much easier, i guess...I handed the compass to Kathy and we began venturing the woods.
As we walked , i heard a voice spoke, it was coming from a tree behind me.
"You girls going to Hawaii eh ?" Said the voice.
I quickly pulled out my bronze sword. "Stay behind me ! " I yelled at my friends.
"Who are you ? Show yourself !" I shouted at the trees like an idiot.
"Oh...sorry! I forgot to introduce myself. " The voice spoke.
"My name is Marcus Green and obviously, i'm a tree elf !" He said as he jumped down from one of the trees. *picture from above*
He had pointy ears and he was wearing a green tunic . Just like those little "Santa helper" elf thingies... First, i thought elves are tiny but this tree elf was as tall as a grown man !
I know..it's ridiculous...you'd probably be thinking. Hey ! I thought elves dosen't exits! They are cute also ! But from what i saw , elves are real and they are not CUTE at all...
"What are you doing here? " I asked Lettuce.(Well..i think this name suits him more.)
"Oh..actually your dad sent me here. " He answered.
"Are you kidding ? Why would i want an elf to help me ?" I asked.
"Because i'm trust worthy ! " He exclaimed.
"What kind of answer is that ?!"
"Hey Miss , i know we've just met, but you got to trust me. Here are some portal bombs." He said as he handed me some tiny round glowing balls.
"Portal bams ?" I asked.
"Portal b-o-m-b-s. " He corrected. "Just say the place you want to go and throw the bomb on the floor. A portal will be formed then you will arrive at your destination in any minute ! Remember it's only enough for one trip. " He explained.
"Bu-"
"No time for explanations ! Leave !" He said and vanished.
I was shocked, totally shocked. Kathy and Caele were standing beside me , with their mouths wide opened. First , we were chased by ghost dudes. Second , i have no idea that my dad's assistant is an green old ELF. Now, he gave me portal bombs ! What ? This is just...ridiculous !
"Come on ! " I yelled. I took my friend's hand and i threw the magical portal thingie on the floor ,
"Hawaii !" I shouted.
