I felt a gust of wind surrounding me, just like i've been sucked by a tornado.[Warning: Kids , don't try this at home.] In a flash of light , the wind stopped. Everything seemed to be fine until i heard the beeping of cars. I woke from the daze and found out that we had been teleported to the middle of a road.
"Move !" A driver said as he made a moving sign with his hands.
Horns are beeping in every direction. The three of us quickly ran to the other side of the road for safety.
"Phew...that was just...wow." Kathy said catching her breath.
"Argh! How come we had been teleported to the middle of a road ?!" I screamed in frustration.
"I don't know..but i am not sure if this is really Hawaii." Caele said.
I looked around for the first time, seeing beautiful beaches and mountains. On my left-hand side , there was a cute little resort beside the beach. Wow...i've got to live here when i retire. I thought. (Please don't take it seriously , it's just a thought. )
"Yep , this place is definitely Hawaii." I answered.
"Wait...i thought you've teleported us to the cave ! " Kathy exclaimed.
"Oops ! My bad. I forgot to name the place we're going..." I muttered.
"Oh well...i guess we should walk then." Caele sighed.
"But how can we go there ? Does anyone have the location ?" Kathy asked.
"Um...google maps ? " I suggested.
(People nowadays use google maps. It's technology people! Tribute goes to the founders of google-uncle Larry Page and uncle Sergey Brin.)
"Um...there's no network." Kathy answered.
"So...um...regular maps ?"
"How can we even find regular maps?" Kathy questioned.
"Well...should we ask the local people ?" I suggested.
"Oh yea! Gosh...why haven't we thought of that in the first place! We are so dumb..." Caele answered.
We wondered around the streets until we saw an old granny with a trolley.
"Um..excuse me madam , do you know where the Cave Of Maximus is ?" I asked the her.
"Why are you girls going there ? It's dangerous !" She exclaimed.
"Um..we went there to...um t-"
"Know more about rocks !" Caele said without a doubt.
"Thanks." i mouthed.
"Oh...i see ! " Said the old women.
"But aren't you girls going to destroy the ancient puzzle ?" She asked.
We stared at each other in shock.
"How...how..did you..." I stuttered.
"It's on the west side of the island , take bus no.30 to go to the edge of the volcano. Then you have to venture it yourself. " She said.
“I will take you there, follow me.” She said.
"Um..thanks ?" Kathy said.
The old women took us to a forest nearby the town.
“Just go straight then you will find the cave.” She said.
“Thanks a lot.” I said.
"But , before you girls are leaving, I am going to kill you !" The old women said with an evil laugh.
Just before i wanted to turn and leave, the old women changed form into a furry beast with fangs. It also has glowing red eyes that sent shivers down my spine.
"What on earth is that !" Caele screamed.
"I have no idea !" I shouted.
"Time for your doom !" The beast roared.
The beast bare her fangs and slashed it's razor sharp claws towards Caele.
"Caele !" I screamed.
