A/N: Reminder this is my first story, so I'm sorry if it's bad. My mind was not as creative back then when I first started.

[Gon]

Darkness was coming close, the coldness of empty twilight began to rise. Rain pouring down heavily from the dark clouds from above. Thunder booming, lightning flashing through open curtain windows. Neither of these sounds fazes me, even people screams do not concern my natural being.

I don't believe in happiness in this world.

Trying to forget the past in mind is not cooperating in order to get rid of the most painful experience in my life. Ever since the tragedy from two years ago, it still resides in me.

Which is a pain in the ass.

Seething through my teeth in distress, I took a glance at my phone to see if anyone had texted me.

   Nothing.

*Bang*

Hearing the door entrance of my apartment was heard by the sudden interruption of the loud bang. I took a quick glance to see Ging holding a gun. Shouting out angrily trying to scare me, which failed miserably.

"Come out you son of a bitch! Do you think you can hide from me?! I'm still not done with you, piece of shit. Do you have any regrets about what you have done to ruin our family?!" Yelling out in anger stomping hard on the hard tile floor.

I'm still in the same position on the edge of my bed, not even phased of his hurtful words lacking conviction. I creepily jump in the corner of my ceiling right behind the door without being noticed. He stared at my phone residing on the cushioned bed, expecting me to be asleep.

After about five minutes, which felt like an eternity of searching around my apartment yelling out empty threats and tossing my stuff everywhere. I heard him sigh heavily in defeat, he stomped out of my complex with a loud slam, that I thought he almost broke the door.

The damn threats don't scare me one bit, to be honest, he's too much of a coward to do it.

I waited a few more moments to make sure he's not tricking me being gone. I listen and smelled to make sure he's not around. Once I'm confident that Ging is not here, I jumped down onto the carpet floor and went straight to bed.

Checking the time on the digital clock since my dumbphone is useless and I can't even read it. Today was Wednesday at 12:30 in the morning. I already did everything for bed and fell asleep in slumber.

-{Timelaspe to morning}-

*Beep*
*Beep*y

I harshly hit the digital clock to shut the damn alarm off and slowly raised up to see that it was 7:30. I hardly ever eat breakfast. Only late in the evenings is when I get hungry.

Stretching out my aching muscles from head to toe feels like stress relief, just making all the pain vanish.

Stripping off all of my clothes and tossing them into the basket then grabbed fresh pairs.

I don't wear my own childhood clothing when I was younger. Just because I have worn them in that nightmare called reality. Now I wear a green plaid shirt unbutton and black skinny jeans. Remembering the past thought of my mom buying these clothes for me was vague since Mito was the one who chose them and paying for it when I was young.
