Note: Hiya peeps how's it going? Yeah I have no idea what I'm doing talking like that. So I received a comment on my Charmed story today and realised that I hadn't uploaded in a while. This will be another double upload but since hardly anyone are commenting on chapters I probably won't be uploading much, well there's that and the fact that I haven't been on my computer much, you can blame it on books. I've finally gotten round to reading books that I had for Christmas. So yeah hope you enjoy, and please comment to let me know what you think. =)

I lifted my head up, feeling the blood from the new wound trickle down my face. It felt hot against my already flushed skin. My arms ached and even the smallest movement from my part had me wincing in agony. My legs trembled under my weight but I held them steady knowing it would be over soon. A fire ball hit my face and I screamed as it burned me, then a dozen hit me all over my body, burning me a various places. I moaned in agony. Never before had I been in such physical pain, though it didn't help the fact that the fire balls only hurt because this is my third beating of the day, and it's not even midday yet. That's a record for the demons.

Usually they would let me recover slightly before they came back, but it seemed that today they were not in the mood to play nicely.

Something whipped the air around me before landing against my bare back and I screamed, making the demons laugh at me as they had done all week. My back burned and my muscles quivered from the pain and because of how tired I was. If my body could talk I knew it would be telling me to just kill myself already because the pain was too much for one woman to handle, and I've had a lot of pain, both physical and emotional over the years, but this takes the cake.

Another slash at my back and I groaned as I realised that they had brought the whip out again today. The demons had told me that the whip was infused with dark magic that when used transferred itself to the victim, but it was a painful transferral. I gritted my teeth as the whip cracked ten more times against my bare back, each time it became worse until I felt something warm gush down my back. I sighed knowing that would take a few days to heal. I frowned. Usually they created wounds that, with my abilities, would heal within about three hours.

I panted heavily and the demons stopped for a few minutes to let me gain my breath. This was probably the only human thing they'd done all week.

I took the chance to glance around the cell that I was in, but nothing had changed. I was still in the same cell that I'd been thrown in a week before, except after a day they'd chosen to chain me up. Two chains hung from the ceiling, both of which were attached to my wrists and my legs were chained to the floor. The cell was plain; basically it was a tiny cave with no windows and a heavy door with bars across. The door was so heavy that even all of my elemental power couldn't move the damn thing, believe me I'd tried on my first day. I had meals brought to me three times a day and they wouldn't fill up a seven year old, never mind a twenty-two year old. That was the only time that my arms were not chained to the ceiling, though I did have chains put on.

You're probably thinking why don't I use my powers to break the chains? Well I would, except the chains were forged to make whoever it chained up powerless. It's like it put a barrier between me and my magic. Even if it didn't have the chains I wouldn't be strong enough to use my magic anyway seeing as how I was drained of everything I had, let alone fighting a hoard of demons to get free.

"Lila" a voice said and I looked up to see the female demon walk in. She wasn't as bad as the rest of the demons in the group, who all happened to be male by the way. In fact she usually snuck in and helped me with my injuries, putting potions on them to help the healing process. I think it was mostly because finally there was another female here with her, and the demons were treating me like shit. I think she felt slightly sorry for me and I knew that she could feel the way she did because she was half-demon, half-mortal. Though she was tough enough to take on some of the full demons in the group.
